This was a terrible buying experience. After our original purchase date of Tuesday, they were unable tonprovide us with the product we ordered. Numerous phone with numerous people and they left us hanging, on Sunday we went to the store and ended up settling for an entirely different bed from what we originally purchased. Very dissatisfied with the entire staff.Also, we had to make multiple trips to the store and return bedding bundles and pick up mattress.

I found the salesman (Ethan?) very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. After listening to a litany of physical complaints, he knew what I needed. He showed me and had me try several different mattresses that would give the support and comfort I needed as well as something within a price range. I would recommend both the store and Ethan!

Frankie** (not Johnny lol). was great with my purchase and delivery scheduling of my mattress. The delivery team was good enough , and didn’t huff and puff over having to move a 300lb mattress up a switchback staircase. Thanks guys!

We haven’t slept on the mattress yet but the communication and delivery was terrific! Also, they didn’t have the mattress I ordered in stock so Metro Mattress upgraded it at no extra cost! Thanks Brad, John, and the delivery team! ☺️
