“Went in to order prescription sunglasses and was nervous about getting the correct size frames because I had problems with a pair I just bought at LensCrafters not fitting me well. I explained the fit issues I was having with my current glasses to Kateri and she took the time to look at them and make the needed adjustments to make the glasses fit correctly...even though I didn't purchase them direct from Oakley! She was then very helpful with ordering the new prescription sunglasses. Kateri was very patient and thorough the entire time to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted...something LensCrafters failed to do. I am definitely making all future Oakley product purchases directly from this Oakley store from now on.”
“I purchased a few items at the store yesterday, and was never sent a survey via email, but wanted to make my opinions known nonetheless! The store's atmosphere is exactly right for their main demographic, and it is well-maintained as well. Most importantly, I wanted to give props to the delightful staff members working there, who were incredibly friendly and polite as well as being excellent help with selection. “The quality and customer service they provide is top notch in central New York. I've had custom tailors in Boston and NYC and they can compete and provide the exact same level of quality options. The owner is pure class as well. If you want high quality custom suits or off the shelf options check them out. Let me know if you can find better as I have not!!”
“Everyone in the store is extremely nice and inviting. They have tons of sizes of everything from formal wear to casual. I went in to buy a suit for a funeral and they really went the extra mile to make sure I had it when I needed it, which was ASAP. Prices are shockingly low and the quality/brands you won't find elsewhere. I am extremely impressed.”

“Brandon and Chad at Tuxedo Junction were absolutely phenomenal in providing me and my groomsmen with our tuxes for my wedding. We were in and out for our initial fittings in less than a half an hour and between 4 of us, they only needed to make a single alteration to the length of my pants. The alteration was ready the next morning and we had our suits done and ready almost a full week before the big day. We rented our suits, but should I need a suit for another event in the future, I'll be returning to make a full purchase. They did absolutely incredible work and we can't thank them enough.”

“I’m leaving a four star bc I am a business owner myself and I understand the importance of positive reviews, however I went there for the first time yesterday, Friday Dec. 22, at 3:30pm, and no one answered the phones. I ran over there anyway, to find the storefront windows were covered in brown paper and the door locked. As if they weren’t in business. If they moved from Salina street why haven’t they haven’t posted a new address online, or posted a photo of the new building, and if they are out of business then why did someone leave a review 5 days ago and why are their phones still going to their voicemail? It’s more than a bit peculiar.”

“There was a possible active shooter in the mall tonight, and the Zumiez staff was nothing short of absolutely amazing. They were calm professional and extremely kind. These were young women and men that could have have been facing life threatening danger. They tried to protect customers by asking that they remained in the store while they were locking down. Even after it was all clear they had helped me find gifts for my family. This is not the first incident at the mall, many of the employees have been through multiple incidents like this. I hope the company knows how profoundly professional and kind these employees are. What true assets to the company these young women and men are. Your employees should get a raise and recognition!”

“Arrow was literally the best place I ever went to in the high school in middle school. They always knock it out of the park in there. Their prices are phenomenal. My niece just went their school shopping and their clothes are adorable. I’m really excited to see that they added a juicy couture display in there and a hello kitty display. Keep up the good work on upping your game in there. !! They always satisfy you whenever you go in there with the clothing.!!”

“I ordered a LOTR bag off of the website, and had it shipped to the mall's store. It was an utter nightmare dealing with the online support. They kept telling me my items were delivered to the store, but the store had not received them. I spoke with 2 nice ladies, one's name was Kelsey and she ended up reaching out to their customer service line for online orders because I was being lead on a wild goose chase with the websites support. These ladies were supportive, understanding and nice the entire time, and never portrayed any annoyance directed towards me for being utter confused and lost with where my purchase was. :)”
“I went to buckle today in Syracuse and honestly that was the best time I’ve had in a store. I was pretty nervous, I’ve never really asked for help finding jeans or anything because I’m self-conscious.. but your team member Kelsey was absolutely amazing! She gave me so many different options of jeans to try on, she was so kind and didn’t judge my size or give me weird looks at all, she understood my taste in jeans and how I ideally liked them to fit and was just overall amazing. The jeans were a little bit pricey, more than I expected but honestly, the way they fit and feel is worth it! Would definitely shop there again!”
“On my way to the airport with my wife and she made a comment that my coat did not look as nice as it could, and that I should be dressing better for this special trip we were on. I saw this Men’s Wearhouse and pulled in, explained my predicament to the two gentlemen and my sense of urgency since I’m headed to the airport and they immediately found two options for me. The first one I tried in was perfect, and I immediately purchased it and headed back out on my trip. Can’t thank these two enough. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. They could have just brushed me off or pointed me in the direction of items, but they took the time to help me, which is rare these days.

“My husband and I and our little nugget, came to this location on 11/6/25. We were greeted by the staff, they let us browse. When we had questions they answered them. I have to truly thank Kyra and Grace, it was the end of the night and the kindness they showed us was, well just more than I ever expected. These lovely ladies made us feel at home shopping. We were already Lululemon fans, but Kyra and Grace are a real reason as to why we would visit this location again.”
“Walked into the Vans store thinking I’d just “browse.” Walked out with shoes, a new life philosophy, and a small but healthy obsession with the employees.
First off, Deklan — this man is a SHOE WHISPERER. I said “help me find something cool,” and he looked deep into my soul, nodded once like some mystical skateboarding monk, and returned with the PERFECT pair. Like, Cinderella-who-shreds kind of perfect. If Deklan isn’t employee of the month, then I’m staging a protest. Peaceful, of course. With matching Vans.
Then there’s Eric at the register. This dude could be a stand-up comedian. I came to buy shoes and ended up laughing so hard I nearly forgot my PIN number. I’m 78% sure he’s part cashier, part improv comedian, and possibly part raccoon (the fun kind that shows up at parties uninvited). I didn’t know paying for shoes could feel like a Netflix special, but here we are.
10/10. Would return just for the laughs, and maybe to get fashion-roasted by Eric again.
Also: Vans, if you’re reading this, give Deklan and Eric a raise. Or a throne. Or at least matching capes. They deserve it.”

“Awesome place, awesome staff, awesome product!
I've been following this company around Syracuse for years now. Each and every location has been staffed with welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable people. The product selection swaps pretty regularly but is always good stuff! I'm an edible eater not a smoker, so I can't speak on the bud--but the edibles have never failed to hit for me~
I've never had a negative experience with these guys, and I'm pretty convinced the negative reviews are competitors or just those who have a hard time following and understanding protocol. Nothing has ever been difficult for myself, friends, family, or strangers I interact with in the shops.
Great place, hope they stick around because places like F****S***** upcharge, dont carry anything strong enough for me, or just seem shoddy in someway. These guys are down to Earth.”
