396 Grant Blvd, Syracuse“This is the best walk in lab you want to go to...I needed a blood drawn and no prescription from doctor...I walked in checked in and was called in right away...the wonderful lady who drew my blood Nancy helped me sign in and make an account in order to request and make blood order without doctors referral...I have a very bad ven Nancy give me a hot pack to make my vens come out instead of just poking me like other places do mostly...I can not recommend this place enough.”

739 Irving Ave 200 & 300, Syracuse“Great experience with this practice so far. Danielle Ryan is my new primary care physician and she was wonderful. Facility is clean and organized too; very little wait. Only reason I’m not giving it five stars as the process to actually establish care as a new patient was brutal. Still, worth it in the end.”
“This is my go-to lab for tests. First thing in the morning it’s a quick in and out. BUT the best part is the staff. They are friendly, competent and they know how to draw blood with no fuss or muss. The reason I am reviewing today is because this morning I literally felt NOTHING. Not a pinch, not anything!!! God bless them.”
“This small branch of the Laboratory Alliance group is in convenient and easy to reach. Due to the 'convenience' factor of this location is sometimes staffed by a single phlebotomist. There might be someone working the reception desk as well. Due to this, the human factor of fallibility or mistake is inevitable. In my 100+ blood draws over the years all have been quick, painless and were on par with a generic health appointment. With that meaning; sometimes there is a wait, or similar inconvenience. If you are of such a prolific standing that you demand priority over others and complain about circumstances that are often out of direct control of the staff - then you should hire a private medical attendant. Unless you flew your own personal helicopter to get blood work, then maybe you should just try and understand that this office is a means to an end, they extract blood from your body. That's their *only* obligation, if your referring doctor or group hasn't done their due diligence, the phlebotomist is not the one to take out your self-absorbed, imaginary importance on. If they don't have your papers, how can they just guess who is coming in or whomever has sent you there? This is a great facility where their job is to draw blood, which by the way, they are extremely talented in their work. This facility is a -walk in- office, there aren't appointments, and again - is staffed by (most of the time) a single employee. Once you know what the situation is at this specific office, you may have to adjust your expectations and you absolutely need to realize that as a client you are always cared for, as well as the fact that you aren't that important. There are many many places to go for phlebotomy work, so you should know that your options are myriad. If you have a problem with the service, go somewhere else! That is a reasonable statement because of the DOZENS of locations in all areas of the greater Syracuse area. Please don't blame a convenient, small, walk-in clinic for your lack of preparation or for your doctor's office indifferent attitudes and actions. I feel comfortable and confident in accessing this location, I have to get blood work done very frequently. That's not a reach for sympathy or an appeal to emotion. It's literally based on YEARS of regular visits with the same phlebotomist at the same place. I know this office intimately and the spurious reviews here are all from a place of self importance and whining because of minor inconveniences.”
“They were fast, accommodating of my schedule, very informative, straight forward, i couldn't ask for better reps in Alex and Jackie for my paternity test. Thank you guys very much!!”
