Cannot say enough good positive things about Masellos. Complete peace of mind when I bring my car in. I know the guys all are extremely knowledgeable in caring for my vehicle. They always treat you with kindness and respect. So happy I found mechanics that aren’t out to pull one over on people. I hear others talk about their nightmare experience and think thank goodness I don’t have that to worry about. Thank you Tony for running a great place for Syracuse to take their vehicles to.

Masello's is not just a parts replacement shop, it's one of the few remaining repair shops. Depending upon the cost and integrity of the vehicle, Tony will take the approach that is in the best interest of the customer.
Tony is the nicest and most trustworthy person I have encountered in the business. Let's not forget the cost savings doing business with Masello's. You can't get a better elsewhere with the quality Tony's team provides.

Very professional. There was a mix up in the price to put my used tire on my car. I was told one price when it was actually $5 more. The owner didn't even argue with me. He accepted the lower price. Now THAT'S how you treat customers. He's got my business from now on.

Took my 2017 Subaru Outback there a couple of weeks ago for an electrical problem. I was impressed by their service and fair pricing. I also cannot say enough about the staff, they were awesome. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs auto repairs.Service: Electrical

Great customer service!Awesome customer service , brought my Toyota Camry in for possible electrical work, he couldn’t do it because of the nature of it needing to be done at the dealership, however, he explained exactly what was wrong in detail!!!! I’ve been going to Massello’s Auto Service for years and have found them to be an excellent shop. Far better than the chain shops. Honest, reliable and trustworthy. Not the cheapest but definitely the best! Tony, AJ, Matt and Dave are wonderful to work with and professional. If you’re looking to get the job done right, Massello’s is the shop you need to go to.

First time I have ever been there and they were so kind! I went in for inspection, brake work, and some exhaust repairs. Tony was super friendly and upfront about the issues I was having and tried to knock down cost anyway he could as I am potentially trading in soon. Highly recommend.
