The products are great; the employees, not so.
I walk in, I was ready to buy All Fresh, and 2 washing machine screens, but where were the screens? One fellow, showed me pipe washers, another fellow looks at the image on my phone, enters the code, and advised me to look in a different aisle; Lumber, why were they there? A 3rd associate comes into play, and shows me the screens in a Garden aisle. Got 'em, but a Garden aisle? Paying was a chore: I begin scamming, and a woman appears to help me, what for?! I tell her to go away!
I did not request help, so she wasted time. ...And Honey, you are not interesting to me, I am Gay! I'll buy more screens online.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location is the worst. One worker was so irritated that I asked for someone to help retrieve a heavy item that was high up on the shelves (something a ladder is needed for) He stopped, hesitated, dropped his head back and looked at me like I just ruined his entire day. I almost said forget it and walked away but I didn't want to spend 20 minutes tracking someone else down. Then when my elderly mother called to make an order over the phone in kitchen and bath the guy that answered literally told her he is too busy to help her right now. It's Syracuse, NY hardly a busy place so I highly doubt that he didn't have the time to place an order for a long-time customer. I went through Home Depot instead. Much better service. Get it together Lowes and teach your employees the importance of kindness to friendly customers. I refuse to ever go there again.

This is one of the best Lowe's we have been to. We did not purchase anything today. But the staff was super friendly. The store was very clean and well organized. We will definitely return to this Lowe's.

I’m a professional who shops at Lowe’s for materials when other supply houses can’t provide what I need. In this case I was looking for 12 gauge THHN I needed 50 feet of 12–3 my electrical supply house does not cut anything smaller than four gauge to length, and I rarely use THHN so I didn’t want to buy a 500 foot spool. I waited in the wire cutting area for over 20 minutes using the buzzer to request help and even employing another associate to find me someone who could help me. After 25 minutes, I decided that I would have to go someplace else… Time is money for me, Lowes, if you are going to have something like a wire, cut to length offer or a board cutting offer or a pipe, threading offer, then you need to make sure that you have an associate under the roof at all times when you are open to operate these machines utterly infuriated complete waste of my time and I still don’t have the materials I need to complete the job that I have today

I thought picking up an online order would be quick & easy but I was wrong. I was unable to get the bar code to scan on the kiosk while 3 employees stood 2 feet away laughing and joking around. I'll just go elsewhere next time.

The worst service EVER!!! Had to ask 3 times for help. An associate would tell me they were going to get someone to assist (because they don't have the expertise). Imagine waiting in an isle for 10-15 minutes each time? Come on folks. The people that you hire can't even tell you what isle something is on, let alone give any advise!..... I'ma stick with Home Depot
