Dealership treated me very well, I enjoyed the entire experience. I am less than pleased with the Car itself. Lack of storage space, lack of cupholders poorly marked and designed controls.

If I could have given no stars, I would have. Since they hired new people in management, their service has gone down hill. I took my vehicle there to get serviced and to my surprised I needed a new engine, lucky it was covered under warranty. Since then, I have had NOTHING but trouble with management and my vehicle. My check engine light continued to come on even after being "serviced" multiple times. The last time was about 2 weeks ago and when I got my vehicle back, 2 days later I noticed that my check engine light did not glow upon starting my car. I immediately called Infiniti to try and get my car back in to see why that is( I don't know if the light is blown or if it was removed). Today when I called to try and get my car serviced for the check engine light, I was told by Jason that I was not welcomed back there and that my service was no longer needed. I have been with the Infiniti family for over 6 years and have NEVER had any issues or problems with an employee there. Even up until today, I have never raised my voice or yelled at anyone there, so to be told that I was not welcomed there makes me wonder what the real issue at hand is. Jason is the same person that called me a liar and accused me of getting toll tickets on a loaner that I had for a couple of days while they serviced my vehicle. Upon further research, he realized that I was not the person that had got the tickets even though I told him numerous times that it wasn't me. He didn't even apologize to me. At this point to be told that I am not welcomed there, I am taking it VERY PERSONAL because not only am I a woman, I am a BLACK WOMAN that has been getting treated with nothing but disrespect from Infiniti of Syracuse since they have on- boarded new employees.

I heard a noise like a bearing was going bad in my wheel (other wheel was 2 month prior) two days before I had to drive to Ocean City, Maryland from Syracuse New York. I called Casey at infinity and I could tell by his voice that it was gonna be very difficult to get an appointment because they were so busy. I was asking for service the next day, so it was understandable. He told me to bring it in first thing in the morning so I dropped it off the night before with the early bird service. Casey had the bearing fixed by noon. I just wanted to say I know how shorthanded everyone is nowadays and I know how hard it is in retail to make customers happy, and to accommodate all their wishes. I to work in a retail environment. But Casey knew my situation was dire and that I needed to drive the car seven hours the next day and he came through and had it fixed. I thought that was so over-the-top and extremely thoughtful of him. He said he couldn't allow me to drive my family that far knowing that there could be a serious problem with the wheel during my trip. I just want him to be recognized for his caring and accommodating nature. I'm sure it must be hard to find someone in that position that really cares so much about the customer. I have always had a good experience at Infiniti of Syracuse, in all departments, but this locked me in as a loyal customer for years to come. I hope he will be recognized by his superiors for this act of kindness and efficiency. Thank you. Mike Kupiec

I have had multiple visits to Infiniti over the last couple years for warranty work on my 2016 Infiniti q50. Casey, whom is now running the service department was my saving grace this last week. See previous times I had to interact with their previous service manager who belittled me, made me feel uncomfortable interacting with him and actually yelled at my fiancé and I. Last week when I called to make an appointment I was dreading having to interact with the service manager whom now I know no longer works there. To my delight, I spoke with Casey and scheduled an appointment with ease. He was up front and honest about appointment dates. When I explained what was wrong with the car and discussing warranty, he never became frustrated or upset. Casey is professional, calm, attentive and transparent. While waiting a week for all parts, Casey kept me in the loop on the status of everything, as he promised he would. There were times before Casey took over I actually thought about taking my Infiniti to Rochester instead of Syracuse to avoid the old service manager. Keep up the great work and thank you SO much again! As a female, tending to car issues can be stressful and I appreciate you making this service easy and stress free as it should be.

Never again! Sold a 17 year old kid a lemon. Electrical problems. Told us to keep it running during the test drive. Should’ve known then. And don’t try to get a dollar off price! Misers will not budge!Edit: Yes we bought a 2009 Audi A4. Called 3 times and basically nothing helped. Thought a new battery would help. It kept draining overnight. I was told…”We never said keep it running!” Yeah ya did. Overpriced to begin with. Couldn’t pay for extended warranty too.
