We signed up for a 3 hour window for storage pick up for my daughter's dorm room items. We signed up for the latest time slot as we had to pack that day. They showed up 1.5 hours earlier than the start of our time slot and then acted like we should have expected that! They then acted like they were doing us a favor to come back at the beginning of the time window. When they did come back (still 15 minutes early), the guy gave me an infuriating, patronizing speech about how we should treat it like furniture delivery next time, and be ready early. As long and annoying as any prior delivery or service window has been, I have never had to wait around or be ready an hour and a half before the start of the window. We were the last pick up of the day and it was clear that this guy just wanted to be done!

every time i give lazybones another chance, they end up disappointing - whether it's a hidden fee or a delivery mixup.i am wondering if they pay people to leave these 5 star reviews, or if it's employees. lazybones is not at all worth the hassle.

Very disappointed with the service provided for summer storage and laundry. While they promptly collected and delivered our 9 boxes stored over the summer, they did not execute the dry cleaning service requested. Both their print media and website advertised this service. And I was able to print dry clean and store labels from my account. When the boxes were picked up and logged as dry clean, there was no indication dry cleaning was unavailable. When I received my invoice, they did not charge me for dry cleaning so I called customer service to check in. I was told they did not have a relationship with a dry cleaning service and the box would be returned as stored. I asked them to ship it to me so I could have it dry cleaned over the summer , but they refused. They said they’d dry clean prior to dropping it off in august but when I called to confirm as the date approached, the customer service manager said that was not possible. They did offer to drop off the box and then pick it up in 2 weeks when their semester laundry service started. Really? I would certainly not trust their advertised services and I would not believe their customer service staff

New student who didn't know the schedule yet, but left his clothes for pick up. Lazybones was a bit tough to get hold of by phone but with an email I got a quick response and they got the student's clothes to him.

They are the worst. The customer service is horrible and was yelling at us telling us we screwed up when it was actually their system. The manager refused to speak to us. DON"T USE THEM! Very stressful.

Did a great job with the laundry first semester! Also used them for storage for my kid going abroad. Great services. Pricing was great, only paid for what he needed to store. Love the services. Used it for my kid who went to Wisconsin as well.

Had a very poor experience with their summer storage - there are hidden additional fees left and right.Had to make a dozen phone calls sorting out issues with my invoice/delivery.They are the most expensive storage in Syracuse, and you'd think they'd have a better mechanism for minimizing hassle.

Something almost always goes wrong when I use Lazybones. They do not care about their customers. I do not recommend.

posters around campus say "cheapest in Syracuse gauranteed," but they are not the cheapest, and they do not price match. isn't it illegal to say gauranteed when that's not the case? Not worth it.

I am very disappointed that Lazybones did not make it clear there's a $100 storage minimum. This fact is hidden in their FAQ among a bunch of text. I found out only when they had picked up my box, which should've costed me $55, and they invoiced me $108.
