My salesperson was ill on the day of my new car pick up date. Owen, a salesman on the Lamacchia team, picked up the ball and did an excellent job completing the paperwork and handling all of the details of the sale which allowed me to pick up my new car on the scheduled date. Thank you Owen for all your kindness and time teaching me about my new car’s technology!

In searching for my first car, my parents were very particular about where to purchase a pre-owned CR-V. They requested some extra steps to validate the condition of the vehicle we found. Jake the salesman went above and beyond to satisfy any of my parents concerns, gladly and without hesitation. Jake went out of his way to make the transaction process as easy as possible. Jake and everyone there, including the owners, were very friendly and courteous. My parents, (especially me!) are so happy we found the perfect car we were looking for at Lamacchia Honda!!

I bought a beautiful 2025 Honda Pilot - Touring. Jake Sardella helped me decide what Pilot I wanted to buy. He made sure I received the extras I asked for. I live about an hour away and he called me to keep me apprised as to what was happening in getting it ready for me pick up. He was knowledgeable and kind. Thank you so much Jake!

I found a gem of a used car at this dealership online. It was a 6 hour drive away, but it was the car I wanted with way fewer miles than the other options at a reasonable price. I called before the drive out to make sure it was still on the lot and talked with Owen for a few minutes and he gave me the run down on the car. The next day I walked in after making the 6 hour drive the evening before and drove the car with Owen. It was everything he said it was. We made the deal, and I feel like Owen went above and beyond to drive to the DMV in the middle of a tropical storm to get In-Transit tags so I could drive home. It was a long day, but Owen and the team at Lamacchia Honda made it painless. I appreciate it!

I accidentally left a can of Pepsi in my vehicle overnight, and woke up to a complete disaster—soda had exploded all over the seats, ceiling, and windshield. I called Lamacchia mid-morning, and they were incredibly accommodating, squeezing me in for an emergency detailing. Their team was not only professional but also super quick, and they did an amazing job. They had my car spotless and ready before closing the same day! Thank you so much for saving my vehicle!

I bought a car from here very recently. Even though the car was faulty and had many problems, they were very helpful instead of being protectful of themselves. Especially, the salesperson, Abdul Badri, was very attentive to my questions while I was bothering him day and night with my text messages :) You almost immediately feel that they are honest and trustful in their business. I appreciate them and their service, definitely recommending!

Buying a car is not usually fun, but this time was an exception! I found a car I was interested in online at Lamacchia Honda. When I called, I was connected to Abdullah Al Badri who confirmed the car was still available. Since we were driving from 90 minutes away, he kindly assured us that the car would not be sold before we arrived. Indeed, the car was available and just what I was looking for. Abdullah made the entire sales experience along with all the requisite paperwork actually fun and entertaining. Thank you Abdullah and thanks also to the rest of the skilled, professional folks at Lamacchia!!
