We are very pleased with the quality of our oak and ash hardwood floors from Koster's. It has been over 10 months since we had our contractor install the hardwood floors in three bedrooms, four closets and in the study. Our installer even remarked about the quality of the wood and what very little "waste" in the wood supply that he could not use. We are so glad we purchased our hardwood floors from Koster's.

Koster's SHOULD NOT allow Mike from Allen Flooring to purchase items on behalf of its customers. We have been devastated as Mike does NOT complete the job and ignores ALL messages after getting paid in full IN ADVANCE. This can be a tragedy for other hard working families who save up to get their homes completed, only to find out Allen Flooring took their money and does not return to the jobsite. Greg, the owner, should know better in the future about selling to Allen Flooring.We hope and pray for others not to fall victim.

Koster provided the flooring in our new construction home. It was a great experience from start to finish, and everywhere in between! From meeting in the store to discuss what best fits our need, to the actual install. We were even contacted a few months after to assure everything still met all expectations. I can't say enough about the professionalism throughout the experience. I highly recommend them!

I appreciate how patient and helpful the employees here have been on both occasions when I needed to pick out flooring for my house. It took quite a bit of time for me to wrap my head around the different types of wood flooring options and understand which would be most suited for my home, and I had a hard time making up my mind. It is an overwhelming responsibility to be faced with, and I did not at any point feel like I was annoying the guys who helped me, even though I was sort of going around in circles at times and had to ask them to re-explain some things until I got it. I would recommend this store. They have a really nice selection and have been very helpful to me.

Knowledgeable, professional, personable, and just plain good people! Went into store to just look and we were allowed to do just that without any hard sale just an offer to be available if we had any questions. We left and came back 2 weeks later to actually buy and again no hard sale just all of the above. Recommend to anyone wanting lovely floors! We installed ourselves since my husband has done in the past.
