Went for a prescription, they said since it was new that it would take a few minutes to look up. Walked around the store for 10, 15 then 20 minutes. Went back up to the counter and it looked like the staff had forgotten about me. They said they would look it up. What seemed like the head pharmacist looked at the computer for a minute or two and told me they had it, 5 mins later he said they were out and oils over night it for tomorrow. Let's see how this works so far wasted 30 minutes for some information.

Won’t give me my prescription for ASTHMA as I don’t have a physical copy of my insurance card. Every else I have ever gone, the information I have provided on my phone in relation to this policy has been sufficient. I do not have an inhaler or any asthma medication, so when I wake up at 4am unable to breathe, I have your robotic approach to pharmaceuticals to thank.

Absolute biased customer service from multiple workers. Ignorant, rude sign next to blood pressure monitor. Unfortunately, there are some workers with exceptional customer service, and some workers who exude complete biased customer service, depending on who you are.

Been using this pharmacy for years and they've gone from great to terrible over the past year or so. RX is never ready when you go in. Most recently, my doctor called in a prescription on Monday at 9:30 am. I figured I would just go the next day to give them more time. Got there at 10:30 am, more than 24 hours later, and they were so unapologetically casual about it. Told me it's not ready and to come back in another hour! Seriously?! Unfortunately, I'm going to need to find a new pharmacy.

Pharmacy was excellent. I had recently move from another side of Syracuse and needed my prescriptions delivered to me and moved from another Kinney's. They did all the work for me. 1 less thing I had to stress over. Dave in the pharmacy was awesome! He told me step by step what to do to get the process done and what to except the 1st time! Well done Nottingham Kinney. I love to give credit were credit is due!
