Karen, thanks for checking in with me. The repair went great. Went straight out on a camping trip with the truck towing at full load. The axle replacement was perfect. Went great. No problems. You guys made it easy. You’ve got one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever seen.

I had my car inspected at John’s Auto Care and they performed an excellent and fair inspection. Only the windshield wipers failed inspection (Which I knew to be the case prior to the inspection). Since winter will be upon us soon, I was glad that they confirmed my suspicion. I also had an oil and filter change as well as free tire rotation since I purchased the tires, at an excellent price, from John’s Auto Care. My car is now performing well.
I will be back for future inspections, oil/ filter changes and any necessary repairs

This was our first time using John’s Auto and each employee we encountered was helpful and kind. The mechanic called me to confirm what was needed before proceeding. It was a much better experience than we’ve had at other places in the area.

I had three buyers for a car I was selling and needed to get the AC recharged before the sale went through. They got me in, gave me a ride back to my house and fixed the issue on time with the estimated cost.
I'll be using them for all my car needs in the future. Very friendly, customer oriented people who know what they're doing.

The new set of Continental tires are working well for my 2011 Toyota Sienna. I appreciate the work towards fixing & replacing sensors, and having my vehicle ready in plenty of time so I could fulfill my umpiring obligation that afternoon in North Syracuse. I'm also happy knowing that when the new tires need maintenance, the charge is included in the initial purchase of the tires. Thank you to the kind and courteous staff at John's Auto Care.

John’s auto is the best shop in Syracuse. Everyone that works there is kind and understanding. When we told them we only have one car they offered to give my wife a ride home and when the car was ready they picked her up and brought her to the shop to pick up our car.

They are absolutely #1 in the many different Syracuse area’s.. They show respect, and treat you like a real person. There is no communism or judgment’s there, whether you’re male, female or both. They look everything over, and find what previous mechanic’s fail to see or mention. This could be a life threatening issue with your vehicle, as was mine. So happy to be going back to the best!

Great customer service with a friendly atmosphere! I know that when my car needs to be serviced, it is repaired with quality experience at John's Auto Care. I have not had any recurring issues with repairs that have been done to my vehicle when it's been there. And because I need to have a reliable car that I can depend on, John's Auto Care gives me that confidence I can rely on to have it!
