Nice play structure but horrible grounds and housekeeping..... It's a shame all the trash lingering over the entire property.

Great playgrounds in the back and front. Nice place for sledding in the winter. I hear the pool's great if you're a member.

I cannot say enough good things about the JCC Early Childhood Development Program. When trying to find the best possible childcare for our son, we toured many different day care centers and spoke to the parents we knew in the area about their experiences. We ended up deciding on the JCC based on what we heard from others as well as the tour there, and are so happy that we did. My son's teachers keep us updated via the HiMama app throughout the day and are so caring and responsive to any questions or concerns. There are numerous outdoor play areas and the facility is very clean and organized. They have an excellent covid policy in place as well, which keeps the children and staff as safe as possible. We are also JCC fitness center members and enjoy the facilities, and we plan to look into the offered work out classes as well!

Good daycare and gym facilities. My daughter goes to daycare there and likes it. I like how they have gymnasium and pool on site so that kids can be involved in sports right at daycare.

Well, I'm Jewish, and old enough for a Silver Sneakers pass, which I have and had. I filled out the application, excited to find a facility to workout in, and meet with other people who shared a similar culture as mine. In any case, I expected also to be given a tour, and tried to do that. The front desk people are, shall I say, obtrusively rude as soon as they let you through the door. Not a good sign in any sense. They pay them less then they think they deserve perhaps. I didn't make the cut, and was denied admission. Rather insulting considering that I grew up in the area, and I'm well educated (graduate degree). I had an arrest that involved some other men and myself in a "road rage incident," in the north country that was reduced to a violation, I didn't know that if someone googled my name, it would show up on a website. Sometimes people really are out to get you. I also have a mental health history, for involvement with psychiatrists that I have regretted (they damaged me severely), not knowing the "rules of the road," they follow so to speak. This I'm sure didn't work in my favor (it never has to say the least), though I have no street drug history, or any alcohol abuse history, or criminal record, I was raised in an suburban neighborhood, my father and grandfathers were MD's. I voluntarily went to them, not the other way around, "One Flew Over," doesn't come close to what I've experienced and seen. Jews are at least as prejudiced and stupid a group in the Central NY area as anyone else I've learned. It's so ironic, don't they realize that all our worst enemies and where my family originated were murdered by the same practitioners that justified the murders of our ancestors, 6 million of them? Jews were stigmatized as an "inferior race," and I grew up with a good deal of anti semitism myself. For those unknowledgeable of this, the N*** doctors were mainly psychiatrists, and they used the same drug experiments on me here in this area that they used on Jews and mental patients in N*** Germany. Jews of any group, should be knowledgeable of the repetition of history. Since subtlety isn't the "norm" these days, I won't be in this post perhaps as well. I made the mistake of trusting just about anyone a long time ago, and now I'm learning better. I've learned a lot about health in my own recovery from psychiatry and about the true motivations of others, most others are very slow to find out the truth, because they just don't care about it. I've disassociated myself from anything remotely affiliated with the JCC, they're a huge disappointment, but I'm still proud of my heritage from Germany. I've read from other reviews that the JCC is a filthy facility and confirmed that the staff are unfriendly anyway (look them up). I'm ashamed and disgusted of my own "people," you're an insult to me and just about anything decent left on God's good earth.

I used to work for the Jewish Community Center in the Early Childhood department and I can definitely say they are the most amazing day care center and have the best people there, not just the staff but the parents and the children too. Out of the many different day care centers I have visited, they are the best of the best! 100% recommend

A very good place for children to be, while they wait for their parents to pick them up.

We visited them recently to inquire about membership. They photographed our drivers licenses before telling us we *couldn't* have a tour. They did let us talk to a gym instructor, who was nice enough to let us quickly walk through to check the place out. The locker rooms were filthy, with broken lockers in the women's changing room, and people's clothes strewn about both lockerrooms. Staff was unfriendly and made us feel like intruders. I won't go back.
