On October 12, 2022 I stopped in to the store to check on the status of my parents' wedding rings, which has been brought here to be refitted. I was told they would be ready in a week. I asked if there was any way to fast track the repair since my mom was in hospice. The woman waiting on me said she would ask. She went into the back, then returned a few moments later with her supervisor. He immediately located the rings and told his staff to get to them first, and that the rings would be ready within 24 hours, and someone would call me. I thanked him and left. 2 hours later I received a phone call that the rings were ready. I picked them up and took them back to my parents, who placed them on each other's fingers. This was around 4 15 pm. My mom passed away 12 hours later. I am forever grateful to the staff here for giving my family this gift. I highly recommend this establishment.

I only bring my jewelry here. It's a local business that has been around for years and is very trustworthy. The staff are awesome and so helpful. They have a decent selection of jewelry at fair prices and they also clean or repair.

After having bad results at a closer local jeweler in the care and maintenance of several watches, I turned to Jewelry on James to save 2 watches that I believe had been damaged by the other shop. They have a watch specialist off site who improved the appearance of my damaged Tissot and repaired a vintage Citizen that had internal damage. They restored my trust in handing over my watches for maintenance.

I’ve been to Tom twice now, one to fix a broken necklace and now to get my engagement ring fixed up- it is an old family ring and I took it “for a checkup” right away. Tom was so patient and thorough explaining my options with such an old worn out ring (the prongs were worn to wafer thin, he showed me in the magnifying glass). I don’t know anything about jewelry but he treated me with respect and kindness and really took the time to explain everything. After some talk, I asked his expert jewelers to re tip the prongs (I now know what that means:) ). They did such a beautiful job at a completely reasonable price. I am blown away and feel secure wearing it. I teared up when Tom handed it to me today!!Thank you so much, you’ve earned a loyal customer!

I have been to Jewelry on James 5 times recently. I have had my several of my gold chains fixed there due to my dogs breaking them. They are very reasonably price and quick friendly service. I even had a diamond replaced in a ring. They had several options of diamonds and never tried to upsell me on something that wasn't going to look right. They had diamonds for any budget. Even gave me an appraisal of the finished product. Would definitely recommend them for any jewelry need. They even do custom jewelry. Thanks guys.

Jewelry on James is absolutely amazing! Tom is great to work with, very realistic and transparent. He’s been working with my family for decades.We went in with a budget and let him know what we hoped to build within that price range. He found us exactly what we wanted (plus some) for HALF of what we told him we would spend.They’re a trustworthy and skilled jeweler! Highly recommended.
