Can't say enough good things about their service and my dream guitar I bought from them. Very quick replies, incredibly helpful and they shipped my order to the Netherlands on the same day I ordered it (standard practice at Ish Guitars if you order before 2 pm). Their tech department also did a perfect set-up to my own liking for the guitar. Will definitely keep a look out for some guitars in the future at Ish!Greetings from the Netherlands.

10/10 experience!I was looking for a PRS SE Paul's guitar, but they were out of stock at all my local stores, so I decided to give online ordering a shot. I hadn't ordered a guitar online before, so I did a lot of research into all the different stores that had that SE in stock, and Ish guitars stood out to me, the reviews alone were fantastic, so I decided to go for it. The shipping was super fast, and even though I was worried about shipping damage with getting a guitar online, the guitar arrived in perfect condition. It was packaged perfectly, polished, set up, and played amazingly right out of the box! Hell it even was almost perfectly in tune even though it spent 4 days in the back of a truck from New York to Atlanta!I did have some concerns regarding the guitar, which they were super responsive in addressing and addressed perfectly, going above and beyond to make sure I'm satisfied. Hands down the best customer service I dealt with in years!Will definitely be an Ish guitars customer from now, and I couldn't recommend them more! And happy to be their 50th good review! :)

I am successful musician who enjoys great instruments, bad experience with this company they have a great selection of instruments but are very arrogant about the business, rude, does not care about the customer my wife tried to purchase a 12,000$ bass for me for Christmas & they blocked her # so she could not call I guess at this point why would I let her purchase anything from these individuals give your money to people that appreciate the musicians that keep them in business! TY

I have had two guitar setups at Ish. Both were done well and quickly. My only complaint about them is parking is difficult unless you have the world's smallest car.
