Alone as a person who isn't app savvy I didn't like the app but once I Met with a professional who could explain it all well my mind was changed! For me personally online and in person is a good plan if you are a busy person who doesn't have an hour or don't have all your ducks in a row when filing season comes! S. W. Totally eased my worries. She was kind, understanding and well versed! 10 or of 10 recommend her for saving my experience And lowering my anxiety about tax season!

DO NOT choose this location for your taxes! Worst tax experience I've ever had. I have been filing my taxes with H&R block for the past 4year and have never had such a negative experience. I had an in-person appointment to file taxes and the 'tax-pro' was frazzled and couldn't complete our taxes without a lot of help. Even with the help she received, she was unable to complete it - skipped lines, and said we didn't need to add information that we definitely did. They ended up asking us to leave and come back to sign later. I ended up calling to set a followup appointment 5x in the next 2weeks!! I made two followup phone/video appointments to get an update about our return and when we could come in to sign and officially file. They stood us up for both appointments - never got a call. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. I ended up having to file my own taxes through an alternate company after spending 3 weeks going back and forth with H&R block. Please don't waste your time. Very disappointing. You've lost a previously faithful H&R block customer.

It says $79 to file individual taxes on the website, I go in to my scheduled appt and the advisor told me it would be $229. “No hidden fees” is on the front of the building. What a load of nonsense.

Rarely will I write a review but no one deserves to be scammed by their prices that are not even listed where you sit to prepare your taxes for an hour or more while someone helps you. Long story short our basic taxes for JUST my fiancé ended coming to $472…. called to talk to the manager about how his experience was cause I’ve done my taxes there 2x before in the past where my tax preparer explained and broke down costs and all before doing all the work. This time around at the time of signing and paying, not only was my fiancé rushed because H&R called to reschedule our 10am appointment to noon and he had to be somewhere at 1:30, so he was in a rush also, the tax preparer rushed the ended didn’t explain costs or state that if he didn’t want to pay that OUTRAGEOUS amount he didn’t have to. When I called to talk to Josh the manager who could care less about the questions you ask on why his experience was not to par as in the past times we’ve gone he just could reply with…”I respectfully will disagree with you.” Since he couldn’t explain why Frank(tax preparer) didn’t break everything down and explain like a professional service would do, the reply above was repeated numerous times leading our conversation to circle around and he did not resolve or offer to take an acceptable amount off of the total compared to any accountant we would of brought it to. Don’t waste your time, they scam to stay open once a year very sad and so UNprofessional……3 months later they respond. Just so the “owner” is aware, not only was your office off by a couple thousands of dollars for the return which is an automatic refund, but we called and filed 5/6 different complaints with your 1800# and corporate to NEVER receive a respond from anyone besides the unprofessional manager who took his sweet time calling back and got us zero answers. So yea H&R Block is out to scam people with tax preparers who have no idea what they’re doing….STEER CLEAR of any and all H&Rs!!

Was inside for 10 minutes before anyone even bothered to check, after asking me why I was there I explained I called for an appointment. Then the lady I was talking to was very rude never bothered to give her name, never explained any of the questions she was asking just yelled at me to sign, very condescending. Then the big sign upfront pricing is a joke because I had to ask several times to get an answer from her. She finally told me the price which was ridiculous and I just walked out. She didn’t even say bye or talked about anything. Horrible customer service, if this upfront pricing is an a company policy they’re definitely not following it. Will never come back

I came in with my ez file at 5pm, it took about ten mins for someone to even come up to the desk, when they did come to the desk they said no one was there to do my taxes but that there would be someone there at 5:30 and to leave my stuff and the tax preparer would call me, after waiting 2 hrs for a call that I didn’t get I went back in myself, after again waiting for at least 5mins a woman came to the desk told me there was no one that showed up to do tax returns that nite and then gave me a problem about giving me all my papers back!!!!!!!!!!!! I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!!!! OR MAYBE H&R BLOCK ALONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever at an H&R Block location.Attempted an appointment but because I had more than 1 tax form they were “too confusing” and I was asked to do a drop off. After a week of waiting and the two people working on it still being confused I lost all the confidence I had with their ability to do taxes. Finally just went and got my tax forms back. 10 minutes later with turbo tax everything is easily filed for free.Do not waste your money here.
