The guy that did my return was incredibly unprofessional and he filed my return wrong, and now I’m out hundreds of dollars. When I called back to ask about a refund I was told a manger would call me back I never got a call.

prices were extremely high, and misleading. if your going to scam your clients atleast be upfront about it if you have more than 1 kid or a spouse expect to pay $700 bc i paid $425 for one 1099 :)
