“I've been on the hunt for screws with a metric size for a good while now for an Ikea dining table (I still have the screws that came with the table, but they mysteriously no longer fit)... the big box stores couldn't help me, so the search continued... finally a nice hardware shop owner suggested I try Rumetco... not only was everyone nice and friendly, they also custom cut the screws to fit my dining table perfectly, AND their prices were much better than on Amazon. Thank you Rumetco! I greatly appreciate you!”
“Good old-fashioned customer service that's hard to find at the big box stores. Especially true if you have an older home - if it can be repaired, they will have what you need. If they don't have it, it's probably time to upgrade!”
