I just financed my 2nd vehicle through them. I love how they go above and beyond for me. Always courteous and respectful, which I appreciate. I have had bad experiences at other used car places before, but not here. Keep up the good work, Mike and Jeff. You guys are rock stars (sorry Billy Idol). ?

Mike was so helpful finding us a vehicle within our budget. My credit isn't the best but the process was easy and the vehicle is doing great! We had had issues with previous cars from a different dealership and it's been almost a month with this car and we are loving it!

This car should NOT have passed the stringent NYS inspection. Let me get this right, Mike lies about the 14 Durango that he sells my pregnant friend. Claims that it's in perfect condition and that it was his neighbor's and well maintained. I work in a body shop that specializes in repairing Semi trucks. Been at this for years. I look the SUV over well. It's a Salvage Rebuild car. Swine Jeff wouldn't show her the branded title, because I guarantee that it's branded R for rebuilt with $25000 in damage. The right door is misaligned, the rear tailgate is misaligned, boltts are missing from the front misaligned fenders, rear aftermarket bumper cover misaligned, poorly painted. LEFT Headlamp is OUT, a whole lot more.The strut tower on driver's side is misaligned. Front entrance is misaligned. What kind of fool people give this swine Jeff 5 stars. Were you paid a gas card to do so? Seriously, an unsuspecting pregnant mother walks in and Mike sells her a pile of junk from the wreck auction out in Brewerton/Central Square that isn't safe for my friend or her kids. Tell you what, I have advised her to go to the NY vehicle safety and file a complaint. And to have the Durango inspected. The dealer is supposed to tell a client that a car has a Salvage title PRIOR to purchase. And EVERYONE who writes lies about this swine Jeff that he's the absolute best, should be put in a sanitarium.
Doesn't help that my friend doesn't know about cars. She's a young Mother. NY auto dealers are held to a higher standard. Jeff you're really a POT. Worse than Creaser, even. You KNOW that I know you VERY well. I'll make sure that my friend files a complaint against you with the NYAG as well, as your ethics live in the sewer. You ads are a joke, swine. People DON'T BUY FROM Jeff or Mike. Stay away from Guy's auto. I advise ALL customers who bought a vehicle from Jeff or Mike to have an independent mechanic and body shop look your purchase over carefully from top to bottom. You'll find a lot of issues, believe it.

I chose guys auto because my credit is not good at all but they work with everyone in every situation (as far as I know). The first offer made in my opinion was terrible, the interest was crazy high, but the salesman Jeff did a great job working with me so that I could get a much better deal. I am thankful for Jeff because the original offer on a 2015 jeep with 90k+ miles was downright absurd (partially my own fault for ruining my credit).4

I purchased a car from Mike 2 years ago..I was searching for a vehicle to start my independent contractor business and Mike had faith in me!!. With a down payment and me paying the car off with minor things needing repair in just 2 years I want to say Thanks Mike for having faith! I'm searching for a 7 seater soon so I'll be back Mike!
P.s. for those who've had issues communication is key! They can't fix something if you don't communicate...the 5 star reviews ARE real and NOT paid for...there're happy buyers...you can be too if you just chat and treat people with respect
