Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff. I even had the guy step out from behind the counter to play from my 2 choices so I could hear the full sound and he was more than happy to do it.

Went to Guitar Center today to sell some gear. My husband (with a whole studio) passed away months ago...I have a lot to sort through and unload. I was nervous going in, but the staff at GC were awesome. I don't have the time/knowledge/shipping experience to sell gear myself, but did know what to expect selling this way and what I should get minimally based on internet research and ...they exceeded my expectations. In particular, Rodney was so kind and understood my circumstances. It was sad to be in the store (which I had visited many times with my husband in the past) but...they made me feel at home and I cannot say thank you enough to them for being caring, courteous and overall, kind. Great store, great people, and don't be afraid to sell there. Thank you Rodney, and thank you GC. :) Mary C.

Casey, the customer service manager at this location is the man!! I had an issue with a large sound system and not only did he resolve the issue in a timely manner he was kind enough to discount my purchase. It’s rare to find this level of customer service these days… To be fair, everyone at the Erie Blvd store has been nothing but fantastic!! Casey… TY SO MUCH!!! ?

Love this store!! It's awesome to get help from folks that are so passionate about their craft. The recommendations they give are based on your needs, not their bottom line and that makes the purchase of an expensive piece of equipment feel comfortable, rather than remorseful.. Hotrod was my direct salesman and he is just amazing.. Hotrod knows the equipment as well as the business. I recommend you seek Hotrod out for help.. On top of all that... They have a 45 return policy which these days is an absolute eternity ?.. Thank you guys for the incredible service.. ????

I purchased a Pearl Road Show drum kit. Mike D over in drums took great care of me. When I was assembling the kit I noticed the cymbals were missing. I went back, he made a phone call for me and got me my missing hardware. That's what it's about. Taking care of people. Thanks alot Mike. You are a Superstar!!!
