Called last night about a tire issue. Jake got us in the next day on short notice, fixed the car at a very reasonable price, and all in time to pick up our baby at daycare. Very nice and polite people working there too.

Exceptional service! I am from out of state and had engine trouble on my way to Syracuse. I called first thing in the morning and they managed to fit me in to look at my vehicle AND repair it that same day! Very knowledgeable professionals and exceptional service. Exceptional service! I am from put of town and had engine trouble while traveling to Syracuse. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to fit me in, diagnose the issue and FIX it that same day. I couldn't have asked for more. Very knowledgeable professionals with exceptional customer service.

Went in to get my transmission fluid and pan replaced, and their service was excellent. They're are very honest, and even stayed late so I had my car ready by the end of the day. These people really care, I cannot recommend them enough!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Trusting Glisson's Automotive is trust well-deserved! My car broke down out of town on a weekend. Without an appointment, I had it towed home to Glisson's. They quickly diagnosed my failed transmission AND provided me a Xerox of a 2018 Subaru announcement extending the warranty on this transmission. Nick urged me to contact Subaru even though I was slightly past warranty deadlines, "Subaru likes to keep customers happy." After a smooth negotiation, I am happy. Nick saved me several thousand dollars. 5 stars plus to Glisson's for their thoughtful treatment of me and my car!.

Great place with knowledgeable staff that isn't constantly trying to upsell you. They've worked on a couple of my cars now and I've never had an issue. Highly recommend for all your maintaining, though they are a smaller shop so get backed up during busy seasons (tire changes and what not), so it's beat to call and schedule at least a week before you need to get your car in, just to be safe. I don't believe they do body work or major system repairs (transmission and the like), but don't quote me on that.

Dramatic and more stressful then necessary.Taking a little care and consideration when speaking to customers would go a long way. It didnt need to be so dramatic and stressful to tell me that the car needs work over the phone... its an auto repair shop... thats why I'm here... the intensity I was "spoken at" with over the phone was bizzar.Not a one star rating though because they didnt seem like bad people, they seemed competent, and the shop was relatively clean.
