Don’t get me wrong the clothes r cute but they sold these gray pair a sweatpants for $60 something dollars which is absolutely ridiculous lower your prices. I will never come here again.!! My niece shouldn’t have had her step dad pay that amount for the damn pants I’m pissed!! No wonder why this store has bad reviews

I love buying clothes from garage but one store worker named Lucy has an attitude problem. My friends and mom and I were trying on clothes and she was being so rude. I understand that we can’t be in the same fitting room but she was so impatient and kept asking me if my friends finished using the fitting room but they weren’t even taking that long. No this is not a race issue because I’m also Asian and when i smile at her she just looks away?? tbh it’s not just her everyone that works here NEVER smiles it’s like they’re miserable it makes my shopping experience so bad oh well at least the clothes are cute ig.

Went shopping on 12/27 and was amazed at the experience I had. Everyone was so nice! They made me feel confident in every single thing I tried on and I was offered help in the fitting room and on the sales floor- great customer service! Rachel was especially friendly- she deserves a raise! She was very patient with me while I talked about what I was looking for and helped me pick out the perfect items! I will definitely be back!

The return policy is horrible! I bought a pair of pants in store 12/26/23, didn't try them on as I already have them in another color...when I got home and tried them on to wear, they ripped at the zipper. I went to the store to exchange them 1/1/24, for a pair that wasn't defective, but was told I had to call customer service. Customer service was closed so I emailed them. I heard nothing back and called customer service again on 1/3/24, they apologized and said that they could not help me because it was a store issue. I called the store, asked for the manager. Hannah said she was the manager, she took my information and said she had to call customer service and the manager and would get back to me. When she called me back, she told me that because I was already at the store and they wouldn't take them back, they will not do an exchange or refund. WTH! They didn't even take the time to look at them when I was there. They are defective. I literally put them on and they ripped at the zipper. UGH!

The manager of this store was extremely rude and honestly just gave the vibe she wanted to ruin everyone's day. I bought a pair of pants that I had not yet worn and found a rip in a stitching the next day, so I brought them back. She refused to let me exchange them. Everything worked out because I took them to the garage in my hometown a week later when I was there and they let me exchange them as any retail store should, but I just wanted to share this experience with this store.

The staff at this location are rude, unwelcoming and unfriendly. The manager was openly hostile towards me when I tried to address an issue. I couldn’t believe the way she was talking to a customer. I will be shopping online from now on.

I went into Garage for the first time today 7/22 and every single one of the ladies working there were the absolute sweetest, and most genuine retail workers I have ever come across. A very welcoming and warm environment. Extremely helpful and complimentive. Even brought me clothes while I was in the changing room that they thought I would like. ?
