his expertise and patience in answering all my questions the entire process was smooth and transparent, with no high-pressure tactics. The vehicle was delivered on time and in impeccable condition. I also appreciated the thorough walkthrough of all the features and the follow-up after the purchase.

Every time we have an issue with our car. Matthew service is terrible with making their customers happy. Ended up with a recall with my brand new Santa Fe we just bought 2 months ago. We scheduled an appointment today and my husband gets there and is not wanting to give us loaner to fix our transmission that is making noises. When we called a few days ago and made sure we would get a loaner today. They only wanted too see what the issue was and send us out on our way with having issues. So what happens if we get an accident or our car rolls back even though it’s in park when we have 2 kids. Let me guess that’s not your problem either.

Got an Ioniq 5 SEL AWD a bit over a week ago, and it all went quite smooth! The pricing on the Ioniq was perfectly reasonable unlike many dealerships nowadays, and the salesman we worked with, Dan (the car man) Bostick, was very friendly and clearly cares about the customer and the Hyundai brand as a whole. Though I point out Dan, the all of the staff we worked with were polite and helpful! And I have yet to come up with a single complaint with the Ioniq 5, it's a great EV, and I have great room, despite being over 6 feet tall.
I will also (if possible) update this review in the future with things like service experiences and such, though I wouldn't be surprised if that goes smoothly as well.

the purchase process could not have gone any smoother. negotiated price over the phone , when showing up at the dealership ,i was greeted by Dan L. All the paperwork was in order.It was a quick and painless process. I would highly recommend Matthews Hyundai.

Notified Matthews Hyundai I was interested in a certain car they have. One of our current cars was just totaled from a deer accident. That process took weeks but Shady and Dan worked with me and held that car until the paper work was completed. The night we picked up the car everything went super smooth. Dan was awesome between the paper work and explaining the cars features which were nothing like any of our previous vehicles. Thanks again for the great experience.
