Would give zero stars. The lady who helped me kept berating me with clothing. I was not informed that sales were final or for in-store credit only. The owner would not give me my money back. The store next door is adorable though, go there instead

We love Floridella! My mother and I stopped in and each walked out with a couple of pieces - one piece I missed myself, and only bought it at the suggestion of the shop owner. Super fun pieces, lovely people, excellent customer service. Will definitely be returning! Thanks so much!

I met Monica a few years ago at another location and was thrilled when she moved to the Armory. Her selection of apparel is interesting and unique. Also, her pricing is very competitive. The most important detail is that she is an awesome honest human being. Makes the trip there, so wort it!

Wandered into this store with my daughter today after shopping in Love Lola. Not only were the clothes outdated and sub par, but the worst part was the customer service. The woman at the front desk followed me around the store making suggestions and kept telling me we have this in "your size too". Granted, I am slightly overweight, this woman kept holding up her largest pair of pants saying these would work for me, when I was more than likely able to fit into a regular large in this clothing. So rude and overbearing, I hope she understands she lost my business forever. Even my daughter was embarrassed she ended up buying something because she saw how poorly I was treated wi
