Great classic style gym with a great owner and daughter that run it! They have multiple machines as well as a full basement for training and more free weights!

Been training there for almost a year and I have to say it's Syracuse's best little hidden gem when it comes to gyms. The Owner Frank and his daughter Jen are very personable and I can't say I've ever had a bad experience with anybody else there, in fact every other member I've come across has been extremely friendly. It's a smaller place but it has everything you could ask for really; I'm more partial to the basement as it has the all of boxing equipment and a little more room for calisthenics but I'm warming up to the machines upstairs more and more. I've seen other reviews use the word gritty and I really like that, I'm not big on the polished equipment or the impersonal staff of the larger corpo or chain gyms with the paperwork and tanning beds - after all, working out isn't supposed to be boujie or lavish. I like a place with character and personality and this gym definitely has all of that, I think I'll be here for many years to come.

Ive been coming here for years. Basically a private gym, never crowded. Has old school weights, I personally think you have a better pump with them.

Mr. Flex, the owner is one of the nicest citizen I’ve ever met. We need more gym like this, the facility is very welcoming and bigger than most gym I have visited. Not a franchised and the price is just right.
