Paid extra for delivery of documents by noon. Delivered time 6:30 pm. Store official directed me to the 800 number where you are required to file a claim. Way too hard. Ridiculous customer service. I will not use FedEx again.

This was a great experience. My time was limited and I really wanted to get the package off my desk and on its way by the end of the day. I stopped at the FedEx office location on Erie Blvd on my way home. Krystal, the FedEx team member who helped me, was great. She was friendly and receptive, and took the time to make sure all the details were in order. She was also careful with the item I was sending. Thanks to Krystal for a smooth, efficient, and excellent transaction and experience.

Warning- do not ship anything valuable through FedEx. I overnighted a piece of jewelry from this location and the box arrived at the destination, but without the jewelry inside (the box was ripped open, jewelry removed, and re-taped). Their max coverage is $1,000, so go with a carrier with better coverage or purchase additional outside insurance.I reported it to the police and the investigator working my case informed me that a very similar thing happened to another customer shipping from this location.

Beyond 5 stars! !! Zack and his crew at this office EXCEEDEDmy expectations for an extensive packing and shipping job of multiple old and fragile antique items. Everything was handled superbly from start to finish, including labeling box contents per my request. All items were packed with the utmost care. I occasionally do my own packing and shipping. I can tell you these people know how to pack and pad delicate items, right down to the blue painter's tape to hold the packages shut to prevent struggle and possible damage when unwrapping. The actual shipping and delivery was also seamless. I live in Greater Atlanta but these items were purchased from a dealer in the New York area who took my items for packing and shipping to this Fedex location. Everything arrived in excellent condition; zero damage or breakage. The crew was also kind and kept me updated regarding the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend this Fedex location to anyone with pack and shipping needs, particularly fragile items.

The line moves slow, but they are doing their best with the resources they have. It’s not their fault no one is applying for vacant positions. Still, they have done a good job with my orders and are customer service friendly. Wish they still had a larger selection of office supply inventory, but that seems to be a national trend as opposed to just this location.

I video recorded my phone call I now have a lawsuit because I have it all on video you people put my package on hold you refuse to notify me you refuse to tell me why you wasted my only day off and then your person on the phone refused to give me the district number and the district manager's name stating that is your policy mind you I have this all on videos start to finish and I will be sending it through every media outlet I can

Unfortunately I won’t be able to quickly forget the worst customer service experience I have ever had which happened today at the Erie Blvd FedEx. The employee at the counter clearly had no idea what he was doing, which is inconvenient and mildly frustrating, but the infuriating part was that the employee’s seemingly more experienced coworker and the store manager both witnessed that we were getting nowhere and completely ignored the employee’s helplessness and my inability to get assistance or any questions answered. So I stood in the store, ignored, for 30 minutes after being directed by the confused employee to create shipping labels from my phone for something that should’ve taken 2 minutes whilst the other employee and manager made it painfully obvious that they could not care less about whether or not I stood there looking helpless all day.
