Although they provide good benefits/coverage, their customer service is quite bad. Their website simply does not work, their provider directory is incomplete and does not contain a single in-network anesthesiologist, and it is difficult to get information from them when you call.

People are decent, but I just spent 45 minutes on hold to spend 4 minutes to pay my monthly bill. 45 minutes of hearing the same 15 seconds of music. 45 minutes of hearing how valued I am, yet not valued enough to answer the phone. Also made me 15 minutes late for work because I didn’t want to hang up worrying I’d have to spend another 45 minutes listening to that god awful music.

Great place to work, although I am temp, its my second go round and I hope I can work longer and eventually get hired permanent.
