My car was stolen, crashed, and towed there. The gentleman that helped me let me get personal items from the car and even took the lisence plates off for me.

I did not have no problems at Eric Car Care they was real kind and nice when I needed to get in my car to remove my things out of there the man he was very polite the first time I went there he showed me where the car were and told me to take whatever I need to take out of there he kept me in touch when my insurance company came and looked at the car they were very pleasant it's not their first time I went there they had my 2008 Grand Prix there when it got shot up on Crowley Street if I need to have my car fixed I think I would take it to them or if my car was in an accident I would ask the policeman is there any way I can have it towed to area Car Care he has some workers that's not very pleasant and get a attitude like I went to finish getting the things I didn't get to tag they tell me I can't get them to have to get permission from the the guy that I talked to I don't remember his name but I replied to them that he told me that I can pick up my Taz and whatever I need to get out of the car I can get that out of the car too but they didn't want to let me but when they call them they told the man told them yes I know her and yes I did tell her she can come pick up the Taz and I will have them all set for her and that's what he did thank you very much whoever this person is my name is Gloria Cardwell and I had the 2008 Grand Prix that one time it got shot up but I don't remember what year and I just had my 2016 Volkswagen 10 there so it couldn't be fixed so thank you very much whoever your name is now you know who I'm talking to and who I'm talking about thank you very much for all your understanding and your help and thanks for getting in touch with me about the insurance company came you have a blessed day and a blessed Sunday morning and may God bless you

I would never do business here. Not trust worthy people. I had set up an appointment almost a week in advance to buy a vehicle. I reached out 2 days prior and the day before to confirm the appointment. I was told I should be there at 4. After I left my house, 20 minutes into the drive, the employee messages me nonchalantly stating he sold the vehicle. People like this are immature sellers, not respectable, and inconsiderate. Not the type of people to do any type of business with. Wasted 40 minutes of my time.

My car was towed to this facility and when I retrieved my vehicle I found clothes in the back that were not mine or anyone else's that I know along with two slash marks on the back of my passenger's seat. They were in full custody of my car the entire time from the time they towed it until the time that I picked it up.
