Ashley was absolutely the best when my son and I were there last. We were also helped by a very kind and gentleman as well, however I forgot his name (I will get his name when I go back to pick up my contacts and update later). *Stephen WAbsolutely above and beyond for both of them. Ashley was able to figure out an error with our insurance that nobody else had the last 1.5 years- on either our insurance side or visionworks side. She is very detail oriented and I'm very grateful for it. Her customer service skills were top notch.The gentleman who helped with our purchases was very kind and patient. We truly enjoyed our conversation, especially my son, who had an endless supply of questions! ? Each of which got answered, and with a smile.Both had a very positive impact on our visit, and our night. Thank you again!

It is impossible to get anyone on the phone. I had been trying to get through for weeks to see if my contacts had been ordered. Finally got through via a call center and turns out nothing was ordered. My contacts were then ordered via rush delivery and I still do not have them and can not get through to check the status.

Extremely courteous staff. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Very clean and welcoming. They took their time with me to explain things, which made me feel like they actually cared about me and what they do. Also, was able to leave with prescription contacts the same day! Definitely will be a repeat customer ?

This is not my favorite location. I can’t speak for all vision works but this one seems a bit bias. I came here to replace my glasses and the lady at the front attempted to charged me twice as much as the other lady at a different location. At an alternative location the lady was willing to give me a discount, being that I just wanted to replace the glasses not the lenses.

I was able set my appointment on a day that worked for me and when I went my appointment i was able to get right to my eye exam and they helped me find the right glasses that would fit me.

The front staff was helpful,courteous. The eye doctor made me feel rushed. He was polite but impatient-seemed in a hurry. Didn't listen to me when I tried to explain how I was seeing the eye chart.

Perusal this place is always so easy and helpful as I navigate what can seem like a daunting task of purchasing eyewear. Brittany makes my visits so enjoyable I love her honesty with frames on what looks good on my shape face and I especially enjoy her overall ability to work with customers seamlessly!! Visionworks is a friendly official place to go for glasses. Everytime I’ve gone there they were very helpful. It took me a few months to choose a frame and they were very patient with me.

Booked an appointment online. When I arrived I was told my exam was a telehealth exam with a remote provider. This was not disclosed when I booked the exam. I did reschedule with an I'm person provider but I feel that this should have been disclosed before I scheduled.

I would give this place zero stars if you would let me. I went there for my eye appointment only because that's the place my insurance recommended. After waiting three hours finally seeing doctor, and I use the word doctor very loosely because they're not doctors, they are optometrist .They're not a doctor. Now I've waited almost 3 weeks for my glasses, and when I finally called the number, they been sitting there for over a week and no one's called to tell me. Do yourself a favor and stay clear. Of this dump.

Reading everyone else's negative reviews, I completely agree. Honestly, this was the worst experience I've ever had at an optometrist office. The long wait without acknowledgement is exactly as everyone else has already mentioned. But my personal experience stems from the exam to the delivery of my contacts to even the glasses I ordered. First, during the exam the Dr. Wang was very inattentive and barely acknowledged my existence in his office. He is not personable or friendly at all. I mentioned I was interested in getting contacts after years of wearing only glasses. But the contacts he gave me made my vision worse in my left eye and were very irritating. I mentions this to him and his response was "you're just not used to contacts, give it time". I went back for my 2 week follow up and I still had the same issue with the contacts, again mentioning them to the doc and he said the same response. My exam was in October 2022 and I STILL have the SAME issue with these contacts. Second, when I was picking out my pair of backup glasses, I made sure the ones I chose were covered by my insurance and the associate there even guaranteed they were covered by my insurance. But in Feb 2023 I get a rejection letter from my insurance stating the glasses (frames AND lens) were both not covered by my insurance even though the associate ASSURED me they were. Finally, I ordered my new set in contacts on Nov 14 2022 expecting to receive them within 2 weeks as assured by the customer service rep who placed my order. A MONTH LATER, they haven't arrived. After several attempts of reaching someone at the store (they RARELY answer their phone) I'm finally told that my contacts are out of stock and the order won't come for another month. They then offer to give me another sample pair but THOSE are also out of stock and won't be in for another month. I requested everything be delivered to my house when it finally arrives and they "made a note of it". When my contacts orders finally arrive, I get a text from visionworks but no contacts delivered. I have to again try to call them at the store and they tell me they are there and I have to pick them up. Overall, I'm a very patient and understanding person but with one thing after another on top of the very poor customer service and just a horrible le experience overall, my limit has been reached. This is seriously the worst place to go to get your vision needs taken care of. You're nothing to them.

My appointment was on 12/22/2022 and I ordered a 6 month supply of contacts. I have called and can’t get through to talk to anyone. Left messages and stayed on the phone twice for a couple of hours and no answer. Went to Empire Vision on 1/24/2023 and the receptionist stated that they were on back order. She said she would have a pack of contacts for me in a week and today is 1/30/2023 and still no contacts. Not happy with Empire Vision !

Complete waste of my time. I had an appointment scheduled for months, they emailed me several times confirming my appointment for 3pm. I showed up at 2:50pm, checked in for my 3 o'clock appointment, and waited. Free to browse frames and wait. 3:20 someone finally calls me back to go over some medical info, and preform a few quick tests. I waited till 4pm to see the "doctor", a worker there then confirmed I was nexted to be seen, I waited frustrated as I had a 3pm appointment and ended up walking out with nothing to show for at 4:10pm. They couldn't value my time or stay in an appropriate range for a routine exam scheduled for months. If you value your time and money don't waste your time here.
