I workout first thing in the morning at 5am. Have arrived multiple mornings and the kids that are suppose to be there to open the gym aren’t yet. Wasted time/mornings/preworkout waiting outside the gym.

Predatory business practices !!They will lure you with a nice talk about how easy to cancel your membership, while in fact they will make you check a box in their iPad without giving you even a piece of paper to know what you are signing for.If you are leaving town and want to cancel your membership, they will refuse and will threaten you by collection agency if you don’t pay their membership/ fees for a year.It’s a hostile place I don’t recommend

1 star for lack of care of equipment.Got a membership here mainly because they had a Jacobs ladder. The Jacobs Ladder is broken and will skip if you climb over a certain threshold. I even offered to tighten the chain for them because I knew they would never do it. They refused and said they’d put in a work order. 6 months later and here’s this broken Jacobs ladder still sitting in the middle of the gym convincing a whole new generation of zoomers that it’s a terrible time when really it’s not.

I'm here 5 days a week, I love it here. The staff are great. The people are great. The only thing that would give it 5 stars is if they put an ice bath in the pool area ??

Great Gym. Super busy lately. There must be a large influx of new members. Sometimes equipment is down but it is repaired quickly. I’ve been happy with my overall experience at elevate. The staff has always been cordial and professional. Wouldn’t be surprised if they expand soon with how popular it is.

Private swimming lessons with adult "instructor" and 3-4-5 kids per lane during "lap swim" time, repeatedly and impinging upon verified reservations of those lanes by others. Two people today and three on Tuesday had to leave despite having made reservations for those lanes. Spoke with staff, nothing changed. PS to management: please don't contact me re changing the review until after this remedied.

Horrible gym with poor customer service. I signed up for the membership and only went once because i didnt like how crowded the place was. Then i called to cancel and they started giving me the run around for no reason. I also see from their comments here they like to deflect the issues they have and start customer blaming.

The gym is ok. However, the building is constantly having issues. Water problems/ showers. The biggest concern I have is with the spin studio. I reported a missing ceiling tile months ago. There is insulation exposed. And when you get a large number of people huffing and puffing on spin bike's you can be sure that you're breathing some of that in. I've notified the front desk and the manager multiple times. I've also alerted the instructor. I really enjoy spin class. It's been 2 months since I reported this. Still no fix.. so beware of utilizing that room

Customer service is always great. Gym is laid out so you can always find something open even when it’s busy. Having access to fuel on property is huge on busy week days. Can’t recommend this place enough.

In 2020 Elevate changed the payment date for yearly life time members due to COVID. As a lifetime member i did not receive an invoice after that, Coincidently new management was also established during that time. Once i noticed that i did not receive an invoice i conversed with John Matus and was told that my membership expired due to non payment. Now i have been paying the yearly invoice for 20 plus years and i am confident if i had received an invoice i would have paid it. Shame on me for not keeping track but was i preoccupied with the whole COVID thing. I find it highly suspect that i did not receive an invoice during this time and wondering if this happened to any one else.
