My order wasn't delivered on the promised delivery date (Valentine's Day). I was called at 7:15pm and notified that the driver "arrived just after the business had closed". Coworkers at the delivery location had stayed late that night, past closing hours. Hard to belive that an attempt was actually made. I was told that they would try again tomorrow and that they were sorry about missing the delivery date. I was not offered a discount or any sort of refund. Instead, they said they would include "free stuff". On the next day, my wife received the saddest, most wilted flowers and a few half-melted chocolates. The "free stuff" was a small bag of chocolate covered nuts. Absolutely terrible experience. The product is not even remotely close to worth the price. I am appalled at the service and the quality of the product. I was charged a premium price for a junk product and terrible service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. For the sake of your loved ones, avoid doing business with Edible Arrangements on Erie Blvd.

Horrible customer service ordered my Valentines flowers and chocolate covered Strawberries on January 4th of 2024 to beat the rush and get the order at a decent time. Fast forward to today and nothing I called at 4pm to see my status and was told they didn't have an answer for me but that it would be there shortly. So at 7pm I called again to speak to a fruit specialist as they call it who said my order was on its way. Obviously 8pm is way later than I anticipated so I asked why so late and was told I didnt specify a time in the addition comments when I ordered. I replied by saying that's ridiculous it never stated that was an option otherwise I who have.Why would I want the Valentines as I'm in bed and Valentines Day is over. Will not be using this service again plain and simple. After 8 years of using this company for flowers I am sad to say not anymore, they've gone down hill if you can't or don't have the ability to fulfill your customers then simply tell them so they can go elsewhere.

I was gifted a chocolate covered strawberry box and it had way too much chocolate on the strawberries, I like my strawberries with a thin crisp layer of chocolate and these strawberries were PAVED with chocolate, not a fan. The fruit was fresh and tasty but the chocolate was really over whelming.

I called the store to place an order for my buddy at SU and wow...best customer service experience I've ever had. The store associate was super helpful and had some great recommendations for what I could send as a congrats themed gift. Couldn't recommend more highly, awesome people.

Best customer service experience ever. I was ordering a gift from out of town for a friend in the area and had no idea what to get, the store associate I spoke with had great suggestions and helped me pick out the perfect present that my friend absolutely loved. Couldn't speak more highly of this place, I'll definitely be calling them again for all my CNY gifting needs.

I ordered from here 3 days before Valentine's Day, thinking it would be delivered before 5 o'clock on Valentine's Day because most people get off by 5. I heard nothing from my wife and didn't want to ask because it was a surprise. Tried calling the store numerous times, with no answer. Finally got a text message at 4:11 pm. saying it was out for delivery. My wife leaves work at 5:15, I ended up having to tell her something should be arriving, so she ended up waiting 20 minutes before she left with nothing. It never arrived until 6:00 pm. They felt it at the front desk so the food won't be good by the time she gets there tomorrow. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend it.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Had a little hiccup with our order, and it was promptly replaced and delivered. The owner couldn't have been nicer and was extremely helpful. Sending from out of state was a bit of a risk, but this store pulled it off like absolute champions. Highly recommend this company! This store's staff and owner....the real MVP's

The customer service I've received from this company is worse than horrible. 4 years I've been waiting for a dang birthday reward after my qualifying purchase.... FOUR. Today marks the 11th call and 4th email sent to this company regarding the matter spanning said 4 years and.. STILL.. No resolution!?!?!? I literally had to pull up the terms of service and recite it to 3 customer service representatives today after they gave me incorrect info... THREE... one of which was a supervisor. Edible Arrangements says they record the phone calls at the beginning of each call for quality assurance so, I did the same for the last two phone calls.... I wonder how long it'll take to get a response when those recordings are uploaded to the internet?? Its actually quite amusing the responses from the customer service reps when they're called out and read the TOS documentation word for word. I mean seriously... come on people... yall gotta do better than this... where do you find these people? ??? As I write this, I'm even more set on doing just that. People need to know what they're getting themselves into when spending their hard earned cash on these people.

I had a gift card for $100 that was purchased less than a year ago and they told me it was expired and they would not let me use it. They said gift cards are valid for 6 months.

Be aware…gift cards are only good for 6 months! I tried to use mine and it was expired less than 1 year from date of purchase. It was for $100!! Sad they wouldn’t accept it. Won’t be using them for anything anymore.
