I bought a low mileage 2018 Chevy Malibu. Brian was a great salesman and supportive, but there's only so much the salesman can do. After I took the car through a car wash the scratches are on every part of the car from front to back. There's also a rumbling sound in the back end which usually is because of a shifter disfunction I'm on other things it could be. I brought it back a few weeks after I bought it and the mechanic couldn't seem to find any issues and told me when he took it for a test drive he didn't hear the rumbling sound. Then we took a drive together, within 30 seconds the rumbling sound was there. He said just bring it back next week or whatever. I really don't have time for that to be honest. I spent Blue book value for the car on top of tax tags and DMV. It's unfortunate. But again kudos to Brian for helping me get financed, being self-employed is tough to get a loan now. I'm going to have to get the car fully repainted, it will be close to 2,500 if not more. They offered me a lowly 10% off at the East Syracuse body shop.. update in less than a year replacement of transmission part, and just did the gas pedal assembly line. The drama continues

Jim handled my experience. The shop appeared very busy, with everyone hustling, yet friendly. I was surprised they could get me in so quickly...I was expecting to have to come back another day with how things have been everywhere lately, but before long they completed the repair and sent me on my way. Brian was are sales person and did a fantastic Job, he was professional and made it painless for use to go threw process, I highly recommend them for any car related need to sales to services.Also my initial call was Taken by Debbie ( sales manager ) she was an absolute joy to talk to and ensured they would do everything in there power to help us! Highly recommend and also very fast was not anytime waiting! We will def go back!

I would first like to state that my family and I were “helped” by a man named T.J. Sours. He called us to tell us we were approved for a loan and when we arrived to look at cars on the lot he proceeded to be rude and uneducated about what cars were on the lot and seemed to forget what cars we had talked about over the phone. He communicated that everything was settled and he had everything we were looking for when in fact, he did not have any of the cars we were interested in. He lied to us over the phone and then acted like we had made the whole situation up. He was a horrible “sales and finance professional” and I will never be heading back to that dealership all because of this man. So keep this in mind when trying to finance a car from this trashy dealership.
