I love earthbound, anytime we are in syracuse I always stop. I love their insence! Staff is always so friendly. Also their clearance is always worth a look. My favorite tapestry was like only 17$.

I love this store! I had to exchange a ring I bought, and they were so helpful and friendly. They made sure I was happy with the replacement. Really took their time with me. It was very much appreciated.They have a new selection of tote bags, so we got one to help us carry all of our mall shopping for the day.We ended up coming back at the end of our trip and bought a few more things!There was a 30% storewide sale today, so the prices were excellent.We will definitely be back. Thank you so much!

after reading another review i'm glad I'm not the only one who experienced the employees hovering around them. At one point I went to look at a corner of the shop and the employee did a sprint near where I was looking and tried to play it off as if she was sorting inventory. I too noticed them not hovering around other shoppers who happen to be white.

If I could put 0/5 stars I would. My family and I love what this store has to offer, however after today, I don't think we'll be going there again. Today my daughters (23, 17, and 15) went shopping here but came home very disappointed with their experience. Three employees, two of which we've seen before, were following my girls around the store as if they were planning on stealing merchandise. We've shopped here many times before, and this is the first time that they did not feel welcome. As people of color, we try ignoring the ignorance of others, but when employees like this make it SO obvious that they are treating us differently based on how we look, its hard to ignore..These three women ruined my daughters' afternoon at the mall.As someone who has worked in retail, I'm extremely disappointed, myself.Not to mention, they were not the only customers in the store. Once my daughters bought what they wanted and left, the three employees posted right back up at the register while other customers (who were white) were taking their time looking at merchandise, just as my daughters were.

Very prejudice against kids. This store was in the destiny usa mall, so huge mall. I have an autistic 9 year old daughter that is also waiting for her hearing aids due to being half deaf. My other kids are teens and know how to keep her calm and in place because she has a flight response. They go to a corner of the store and play cards with her. They make sure the store isnt busy, go to a spot where theres no merchandise and out of the way. And it gives me time to shop for myself for once. The ladies there told the kids they arent allowed to sit in the store. They told them they were waiting for us and that we are shopping in here. They told them they are a liability and to go wait outside in the hall. As soon as they put the cards away my autistic daughter ran, along with the fact she couldn't hear us calling to her. What will be a liabilty is if my kid gets kidnapped because of them, I would sue. No one was complaining about them. In fact people would smile at them. I looked more into reviews and found multiple people had problems with the staff being rude to their kids for different reasons.

My girlfriend and i spent 20$ on crystals here only to find out later that they are fake and are infact glass from china. Not very happy.
