I would give 10 stars. Customer service seems to be a long lost art these days and honesty a purple unicorn. Paul at the Mattydale location has restored my faith in the customer experience. I recommend anyone in any customer service industry stop in for lessons from Paul. He is honest, down to Earth, and knows how to treat people. Especially when delivering bad news. Dunn tire - you have your own purple unicorn in Paul. Please don’t abuse the privilege. PSA - I am not Paul’s Dad or uncle or cousin or friend. Dude is that good!

Never going back. Went in for just a car inspection and oil change. They tried to sell me all kinds of extra stuff I didnt need. Waited 3 hours for them to an inspection and oil change.

Dunn tire was amazing during my tire issues. They worked relentlessly to find the tired my car needed and worked with our warranty company to ensure a solution was met. They truly went above and beyond for customer service. Big shout out to Paul, Carl, Ryan, Rob.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Paul at the Mattydale location. I get service done on my cars quite often, as I am an independent contract driver for a living. Paul’s professionalism, customer service, and expeditious service done on my vehicle were a cut above. Paul saw the predicament I was in with a flat tire and jumped right in to help. Not only did he take 20-30 minutes calling around to find out specific information on how to fix the problem on my car, he even stayed well past the typical end of his shift to get the job done rigth and right away - for no other reason than to offer top notch customer experience. Great guy, amazing service.
