I was a tourist on holiday n they disrespected me, I order a cheese n ham burger, there was no cheese in burger.:( stale burger bread :( WASTE OF MY MONEY N TIME, they gave me evil stare down and wanted me out of shop ASAP, as I have bad skin allergies on my arms, they judge me as a junkie etc

since moving here from brooklyn, i have been going through bodega deli withdrawals - until i found this place! its really nice inside, all of the folks working there are super friendly, and the food was really good! i got a half cold sub ($5!!) and my boyfriend got the bacon cheeseburger which came with LTO & fries ($9). the prices are super reasonable and you still are getting a lot of food for your money - especially compared to many lunch places around downtown!! they also have a great selection of snacks, coffee/pastries, fruit etc. so glad i stopped by, and cant wait to be back!

They need to tell patrons that they charge more for credit card purchases under a specific amount and post it on customers' receipts (like other stores). Not sure why this isnt done with a sign or obtain verbal confirmation with customers.

This grocery store is located right next to Pavones which is one of my favorite pizzeria's in Syracuse. I like the coffee & hot chocolate options here as well as the fact that I can find a piece of fresh fruit up by the cash register. Over the course of the last decade, I have visited this store anytime I am going to Pavones. There is also Hiscock Legal Aide located right next to this store.

It's more of a big convenience store. The store has basics and a lot of quick processed stuff. Very clean though and the staff was friendly.
