It may have been a plaza here before but it's torn down. Looking on Google maps, it ain't updated. Only a gas station here. Until it's confirmed they rebuilt the plaza, don't come here if you want to get a shut eye.

There's nothing but a small overpriced C-Store right now... They had the wrong size of coffee cup and it overflowed! And reading others here it seems to be an ongoing challenge they have with ordering the right size coffee cup (not rocket science)?!Literally just a restroom stop. Hopefully new eateries are on the way, looks like at least one renovation happening ??

Nice travel plaza, I would like to give it more stars, but Saturday after Thanksgiving (busy travel time) everything was closed. Luckily the restrooms stayed open.

The new rest areas don't have enough tables, all full everytime I stop. The geniuses at the state made all off them with the exact same floor plan. There may be more than 5 people who want to take a break from driving and eat.

They claim that "every-other rest area" is open during renovation. DeWitt is open, but has no restaurant. It's just a TravelMart.At lunchtime on a Sunday, they had literally ONE hot dog, an empty pizza case, and like 2-3 cold sandwiches. Gross.Basically there is nothing to eat going eastbound between Clifton Springs (exits 42-43) and Indian Castle (127 miles later, and super crowded).This renovation is a disaster.

This morning around 5:30 a.m., we arrived at the convenience store inside the plaza where the restrooms are. The attendant was lying on the counter looking at those who arrived we said " good morning" and she replies in bad way, she was looking at a guys ( of the black race) like they was doing something bad but they didn't. My husband took the only size of cup available and filed, then she approached in really horrible attitude like she was angry and she said in Very RUDE way " I have to charge you TWICE because you push the button twice my husband replies " I'm taking the only size cup you have " and she replies "yes we don't have the medium cup that's why I have to charge you twice " we said Ok you don't need be Rude" and she replies " I just need to let you know because then you will get mad when I've charged you twice ". My question for the store manager is: Why does she charge TWICE a medium cup? Why does she charge a large cup, and that's it? In the end, you are selling just a large cup, not two mediums, or maybe she put the cost of the second cup in her pocket. She's ripping off customers. Maybe that's the reason she doesn't give you the receipt.WHY THE ATTENDANT NAMED SHERRY NEED BE SO RUDE WITH PEOPEL AND put on people ALL HER EMOTIONAL TRASH I strongly recommend asking her if she wants be working in this place because she obviously is not happy !OH! But when the boss arrives, she switches her mood and pretends nothing happens and says, " Hello sweeter." She has an ugly personality and needs to work on her behavior, She shouldn't be working with the public. Maybe she is better working at the back store.
