Quite frankly I was not impressed at all. Brought my dress in for dry cleaning explained the situation and the staff offered me same day cleaning and at first I was beyond thrilled. Went to pick up the dress about 6 hours later and get home and it had the original stains and a new stain. So I didn’t initially freak out I understand maybe the stains were tough and explained to the girl I spoke with on the phone that I wasn’t familiar with dry cleaning services and she said that I could bring it back today (Friday) but if I dropped it off Saturday I couldn’t get it until Monday. And I will own my piece in this I really needed the dress for the partial weekend so it’s my fault for not addressing this sooner. So I thanked her and drove ALL the way back today (Friday) just to get there and be told that it wouldn’t be available until Monday. Now maybe I’m a complete moron and didn’t understand whoever I spoke with on the phone but “you can bring it in now or if you bring it in on Saturday it won’t be ready until Monday” makes me think that they could address the problem and offer availability on the Saturday. Anyway I cried in their parking lot and didn’t have them re clean it. A waste of $30 and just more stress. Highly wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone, unless your into being let down completely.

Do NOT use this dry cleaners. They gave my 2 items to another customer and are not making an effort to get my items back. These were Christmas presents from my Daughter. This dry cleaners does not monitor who they give your clothes to. I will Never use them again. Be careful. They get a ZERO rating.

After getting a few recommendations for seamstresses for my wedding dress, I landed on dewitt cleaners only because they were the only ones not fully booked- and I don’t know why they aren’t!! I had a great experience. Easy to work with and beautiful work done. They have open availability, and can fit you in quickly. My dress is now done months before I need it! And they will press and clean it and hold on to it until I need it. I couldn’t be happier with the end result.

Great people and business. I've never had a problem. Only 4 stars because it's cash only. I'd gladly pay a small 3% Card fee for the convenience.
