Nov 2023, Very responsive to our request for repairs and services. In July 2021 purchased our house shades from Decor Fabrics and Design. For the few issues that have come up with the shades, the company has been great in repairs. Pleasant experience.

I have worked with all the folks at Fabric Mill (Decor) for a long, long time having lived and decorated an old house for 40 years. When we built a small ranch 3 years ago all our blinds and drapes were ordered through them. I was pleased with all the help and expertise from Denise and Leon was much appreciated. Today a friendly woman helped me with a pillow form so even a small purchase is taken seriously.

The sales associate grasped immediately what we were looking for and thought of something out in the back to bring up for us to see. It was perfect! Because of her efficiency we were in and out very quickly in the whole time was very pleasant and way more successful than we anticipated. And to make it even better, we saved a lot of money!
