I'm a novice who doesn't know anything about cars. Last week, I chose my favorite car with the help of my boss. Because I don't know much about cars, I was very scared when I bought a second-hand car because my friends had bought other cars before. There are always some minor problems with the cars I bought at the store. I originally wanted to buy a new car, but the price-performance ratio was not right. I thank the boss for his patient service because I am really confused. The service attitude is very good and I am not impatient at all. Because it was my first time to buy a car, I always felt that I needed to shop around, but the price he gave me was the lowest! Sharing my personal experience with everyone, I hope it will be helpful to everyone in their choice.

Great company, great people. Reviewed a few vehicles online, setup appointment to go to the shop and look at the vehicles. Met Anthony, discussed a few different vehicles, took a vehicle for a test drive, discussed pricing, put a deposit down same night. Within 24hrs, I was asking Anthony to have a truck brought over from Bridgeland & I was putting down another deposit for a 2nd vehicle. Worked with the team all week to get everything in place for pickup by today. There was a snag, not the dealer fault, the bank pulled the deal they agreed upon at the last minute. So Lenny worked all day to get me a great deal with a better bank. All in all, I was able to keep my plans on getting 2 vehicles today!! Thank You CAGO team for all the help and laughs.

Conclusion first: the worst service attitude that I have ever met.
My car crashed and was dragged to the store for repair. The car could be repaired on Friday, but the parts arrived late, so it was delayed for half a week. Since I stayed in the hotel for about 10 days, I can’t wait anymore so I take bus to home. When I contacted them with the repair progress and payment many times, they always don’t reply immediately with messages. Don’t think that they are Chinese car dealers and can communicate with you timely and effectively. Later, I agreed to help me contact the trailer and carry my car back to NJ. The first trailer was canceled because my car are full of goods, and the second trailer was canceled because the trailer was broken. Until today, about twenty days, I was told that the trailer price was added to 500 US dollars. Without notifying me (normally 350 dollars). Anyone who encounters these situations will be upset, so I make a phone call again and ask them why carrier price is so high. The person who claims to be the boss has a poor service attitude when answering the phone, he said “fk” two times in Chinese. Actually the repairs were fine, but the problem is that if you meet particular problems with this dealership, don't expect to be able to communicate peacefully and come up with a solution, because they'll be very very impatient!
