I’m visiting Syracuse University again as I do every fall. I went to the CVS on Crouse Avenue and I met Ashley, she walked me to the area I needed to and gave me suggestions for items that I needed. I am so grateful for a wonderful human being who reached out to me. She took the time even though they had to get the products off of their trucks. Ashley, Thank you!!! You are a gem!

Came looking to grab ONE quick item with 10 minutes before they closed. They shut the door on our faces and said we couldn’t come in because they closed

Google Maps told us the store was open until 10pm. We came here before closing time today only to find out the store was closed at 5pm for renovations. That should have been updated online.

Disrespectful white male manager at cashier who profiled me out loud in front of other customers in a failed attempt to whisper to a fellow cashier. "Make sure she pays for everything" he said, as a loyal CVS customer I find it rude, unprofessional, unsettling, and offensive that I stop in for 5 minutes wearing a sweater and hat to grab setting spray and some mascara and all the sudden I'm a thief just based on my looks?! Get a grip, rethink your staff, and maybe learn to whisper better!

Although it's not a grocery store, you'll find all the necessary daily items over here.

Disgusting store, everywhere you turn is filthy. Employees watch you the entire time you shop but then pretend they don't see you when you're standing at the register to check out. Won't be going back for a second visit, there's plenty of other places to shop.

Completely disorganized, Trash all over a floor that never looks vaccumed, Abominable customer service, workers all seem to be high and you guessed it prices that surpass even Dewitt. No one seems to know what they're doing, just one big mess and vagrants asking for money every day at the front door. I cant even imagine whos managing this relic.

Purposely chose to go to this CVS because it’s says it opens at 7:30am (I even called to check and the automated system says the same opening time). Even so, they weren’t open, the sign on the doors says 8am. They might want to update that information online and on the phone system. I debated waiting until 8am, but the store didn’t look inviting or the cleanest so I took my business elsewhere.

Store wasn’t open on Sunday at 6:45pm. If the store isn’t open, they should update their hours or post a sign or something

dropped off a disposable camera to get the photos developed and after 4 weeks (they told me it would take 3 weeks) i called to see if they had them and they said "yes we have them". 20 minutes later when i got there, they said they dont have the photos and they didnt even get a call. they asked me if i called the right cvs, which confuses me because why would a different cvs claim to have the photos? i called the number right in front of them and it came through their store. do not waste your time here, the employees will lie to you.

I buy small gifts and vitamins here. There are self-service payment machines. Once, when I came here to take a passport photo, their camera ran out of power. This inadequate preparation is a bit frustrating.

Wont pick up DoorDash orders here again. Guy behind the counter basically argued that he didn’t have to scan the barcode on my phone before the one on the item before trying to run my red card.

Generally had great experiences at CVS with friendly staff and a variety of goods/services. However, I do have to note that the self-checkout machine has caused more inconvenience for the customers as opposed to benefitting them. The checkout machine process is always incredibly asinine and slow. Furthermore, the bags they give us has less structural integrity than tissues. You put anything remotely heavy into the bag and the bag blows up like a grenade. Therefore, today I chose not to go to the checkout machines for the problems I have pointed out. I was told by an employee at the cash register to use the checkout machine. I did not want to because every time not only was the process much slower, but also the CVS card scanner is perpetually broken. I chose not to buy anything. I respect all CVS employees, but the self check-out counter should not be an excuse to not do your job.
