Yesterday morning i went there to have my cellphone reopened after applying a password by mistake, the guy name was jesse or john he warned me he had to do a factory reset and i might lose all contacts and apps, but he opened it with factory reset, and all apps contacts and everything came back. nice pleasant guy very professional.
