I've had the best customer service experience in my life! This young lady by the name of Quein-taya should be the face of excellent customer service. This young lady went above and beyond to make sure we left the cricket store not only feeling great but appreciated as a customer. Employees like her are the reason customers remain loyal to Cricket. I truly can't put into words how great and professional she was and at the same time making cricket feel like a welcoming family. She deserves the best as an employee from Cricket. I truly hope she gets acknowledge from Cricket for the exceptionally great job she does daily.

I came in to turn on a new line, with an old phone I had. The phone with giving them issues. But Victoria and her coworker were amazing. They did give up until my phone was up and running. This is one of the best if not the best customer service I have had in a very long time. Thank you very much ladies and I really appreciate it

Cricket should be ashamed of there selves you pay a bridge pay forget 1hr after payment is due and they make you pay the whole bill forget the 60 70 $ u already paid The BBSneex to do something about this where does the monet go to there making millions with there spotty cellular system

My son had a phone emergency (he fell in the pool with it!) We went to Cricket and South Ave and received incredible service from Aza (I'm probably mispelling her name) on Sunday evening. We were so honored by her knowledgeable, super fast and upbeat attitude. We came in right as the store was getting ready to close and she never acted put out or bothered! TY you so much Aza!
