Their customer service representative / assistant store manager AKAIRA, is the most caring agent that I've ever dealt with either in person or on the phone...! She definitely without a doubt goes above & beyond for each and every customer that she deals with..! ?❤️

The people of this particular location are pretty decent people especially the assistant manager however cricket itself leaves a lot to be desired
