Great experience with service! Even though I purchased the vehicle out of state (due to availability at time of purchase) they were more than accommodating. Service advisor Vinny and manager Aric both were a pleasure to deal with! Had the car in a couple times for both routine service and a warranty issue same great experience each visit.

Crest Cadillac Service Department cares about their customers. Recently had our Escalade in for an extended warranty claim repair. Service manager Aric Cangemi kept us informed and up to date in regards to the details and time required to properly complete the repair. Have been and will continue to be a happy and satisfied Crest Cadillac customer!

Place is awesome. Had an issue come up that needed addressing that day as we were leaving for FL the next day. They were great! Rob & Vinnie in service, and Art in parts were outstanding! All went above and beyond to get us fixed and able to leave as planned. Thanks guys!

I initially had the below issues with my vehicle purchase, but can now say Crest Cadillac immediately addressed my concerns! They have been professional and extremely helpful in quickly rectifying my concerns (in a matter of days!). Jon in sales and Rico in service were both AMAZING! Thank you Crest Cadillac for turning this experience around for me. I would recommend your business to others!Staff in sales extremely helpful with purchasing paperwork. I am a bit underwhelmed at the service in preparing my vehicle for pick up. All weather mats never ordered (discussed 2 weeks prior to pick up), interior of car not detailed (also discussed 2 weeks prior to pick up), air cabin filter on 25% driving off of lot, and low tire pressure as i was driving home right rear tire- not issues I would expect after spending over $40,000. I'm hopeful that these areas will be rectified on Monday- if so, i will be revising my review. Until then, please 'Wow me' Crest Cadillac and turn my first experience with you around.

I purchased a used vehicle with them, I had to replace the rotors and brakes, exhaust and catalytic converter , right after I got it and the engine light came on and it is throwing transmission codes. I contacted John at Crest and was told to email the receipts and any estimates. Which I did on August 3rd as well. I was never informed verbally or in writing the car had a limited warranty until August 22nd when they gave me the warranty company's name and phone number. When I called in was informed that now I have put to many miles on the car and the warranty is no longer good. So I tell John I get told they are trying to get the warranty company to reimburse me and help with the transmission issues. I kept getting every excuse under the sun why it was taking so long to get back to me about what they plan on doing to help me get reimbursed and get the car checked for transmission issues . Finally on September 9th the manager called me saying they wouldn't be helping me with any cost to repair the car. I asked him why they led me on for a month and he said that wasn't their intention. I asked why did they ask me to email receipts in and estimates and all of a sudden he didn't know about that and said he would call me back which I still haven't heard back from him. They wasted my time for over a month , if they knew they weren't going to help me from the get go they could have told me instead of dragging me along for over a month and having me sending them videos of the car making noise, emailing receipts and estimates and codes the car was bringing up. I won't recommmend this dealership to anyone, they don't care about you after you buy a car from them.

The service advisor, Rob Guernsey was very responsive to ensure the work was done on my car to correct the problem I was having. Also Fabian Musaraca, the collision center manager, was able to review an area on my care that needed to be cleaned up and attended to it, while I was on site, without delay. I was very happy and satisfied with the support and service I recieved by everyone.

I recently took my vehicle to Crest Cadillac for the NYS inspection. Vinny greeted me, was very professional, prompt and efficient. He even went above and beyond to answer questions I had and connected me to the people who could help me (Brian ). Brian was also very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions and help to resolve my concerns.
