They seem to be always running out of gas when I go there so the pumps are super slow other than that they have a great little store

Just a little while ago I went to the SubWay at the Ilion Cliff's store and the gentleman who waited on me deserves a medal...I haven't been treated that good in a very long time at a fast food type establishment. I think his name was John but he's the tall guy with the tats and a real plus to your organization....He needs as big thank you from corporate....

I wanted to thank your employees at the office for helping me in my time of need!! My car broke down and I made it to their parking lot and my children and I needed a rest room and they let us right in and helped settle my children and gave them some Hershey kisses I am forever greatful for the lady who was working up front today!!! She truly helped so much!!! Thank you for offering your waiting room for my children and i we will always be thankful!!!

Today my husband went to get his car washed at the north utica location and the man working told him, and I quote " I ain't washing your car, it has rust on it, I ain't playing, i aint washing it, you think I'm playing" when we asked to speak with a manager another man came out and said "nope I'm not washing it, our equipment is cloth, you have rust nope not doing it" First of all the car had a couple small rust spots around the wheel well, not a whole bunch of rust.
