She gave me appointments twice and then was a no show. If she didn't wish to do my pet, she could have called me! I can't recommend her and the place is filthy. She gets a big zero from me.

Website says open from 10 until 2 Tuesday thru Friday for no appt cat nail trims for $5. We arrived on June 30th at 1:25, place closed. Appears been closed for days, they need to update their website. Stressful for my cat to get there for nothing. Went down the street to another business in lakeshore plaza, they did it in minutes.Don't post hours you aren't there for. Won't recommend to anyone.

Irene is very caring & you can tell she enjoys what she does. I took Houdini, the cat I just rescued from a shelter, to her recently and she gave him a bath, cleaned his ears, and clipped his nails. He smelled so good & came home with a little bandana!! I think this is a wonderful place & doesn't cost a fortune!

My cat doesn't like water and Irene was able to bathe her clip her nails and dry her will be going back again my cats mood has improved greatly

This lady was fantastic. My boyfriend's longhair cat had gotten all matted and was a mess. She was able to bath her and shave her so that the cat was now free from all that mess. What a lifesaver!! Now his cat can be well cared for, petted and brushed without all those snarls. The cat is very happy and so is my boyfriend. I would recommend this place hands down! She did an amazing job!
