Dr Dan is a one of a kind Doctor always listens and always available. Not many Family Doctors like him anymore. I have found the staff to be incredibly professional and have never had a problem with questions or prescription refills.

Christian Health Service is a nice place to go to. I just love Dr. Rancier. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. The only problem I have is the front staff who takes the phone calls. There is one person there who is short and sweet while talking to you. I thought they are there to help and not say to you that you were wrong and you said this not that. If that was the case people do make mistakes and say one thing when they ment another. We all are human and people make mistakes. Kindness goes a long way

Overcharged then denied an appointment because of owing a self pay full price (no sliding scale that they claim to offer, which I qualify) balance (that I disagree with)this was a couple of weeks after I informed them of my medical insurance. Then told my insurance claim was denied. Was also charged a $50 copay for physical that wasn't suppose to have a copay. Never got my money back or a phone call returned. My prescriptions were ALWAYS delayed, sent to wrong locations, or pharmacy never received script despite them saying it was sent The nurse and office manager denied me an appointment with another physician because the np I saw only worked 1-2 days a week so there was a 3-4 week wait. Told me I wasn't allowed to be seen by anyone else!! I agree the Billing department is 100% shady. I worry about them having access to my personal information and what they've done with it. I doubt HIPAA matters to these people.

I’ve gone to other dr’s offices and used to hate going to the drs. I’ve had Dr Rancier my whole life he was even my pediatric doctor and he’s a really great doctor. I left him for a while but came back because there are no other primary drs as caring as he is. I enjoy going to CHCSOS as well because there is never a super long wait in the waiting room either. I never feel like I’m there for 4 hours wasting my day. I’m usually in there and taken care of and then I’m out. I never have to wait very long before being seen! These people genuinely do care and do their best to help. A lot of them reach above and beyond their call of duty. I feel safe here knowing that they will listen to me and I feel well taken care of here. I would highly recommend!

Dr Rancier is great he’s been my doctor for 12 or 13 years now. He alway takes the time to listen to what I have to say about what is going on. My one complaint is with his staff I get they are mostly volunteers non profit but I have often have to call multiple times over 1.5 weeks to get a prescription sent in.

Dr.ranicer is amazing guy 5/5 his staff on other hand if I could give a -1000 I would there the worst I’ve ever dealt with . When they do wrong they just spam how there a non profit

Called to make an appointment for a friend that doesn't speak English. They would not take him due to the fact that he doesn't speak English. The person told me they don't have translators, I offered to be his translator and they said that don't accept that. I am not one to leave negative comments but this was just ridiculous. I understand they have confidentiality but if the person is fine with me being a translator I don't understand what the issue is. It also shocks me that it's a "Christian" clinic and discriminate sick patients based on whether or not they speak English. Ridiculous and very much lacking understanding and flexibility- not to mention the love of Christ. God bless and hope this comment will bring about a change in this clinic.

Anything but Christian! I’m a patient here and wanted to enroll my newborn son. He was denied because our Christian values don’t align with the childhood vaccination schedule. The office manager was rude and couldn’t even formulate a coherent rebuttal to the facts associated with the dangers vaccines cause that are swept under the rug and ignored by a materialistic, addicted and Godless society. Christian Health Service is ignorant to the teachings of the Bible, ignorant to medical freedom and ignorant to God’s perfect design! God is good however, a provider closer to home reached out after hearing of our issue and was more than happy to take us on. Our first appointment was amazing. We don’t have to wear useless masks. I will be switching to this provider as well!

Worse medical care I have ever received. The nurse practitioner is ok but she told me all these tests and referrals she would do and nothing ever happened. I have a condition that requires quarterly blood work and I called and the nurse said we don’t check cholesterol that often .I don’t have high cholesterol and the nurse always had an attitude .and because of there delay in my bloodwork I suffered for three weeks and spent an additional week in the hospital stay safe don’t go there

It could give this place a 0 stars I would. I was seeing a nurse practitioner there. She was great herself but her nurse was terrible. She would take forever to send my prescriptions I would have to keep calling. She was very rude when I got an ear infection they wouldn’t see me. Told me I had to go to the ER to be seen. Where I had to wait 5 hours. Terrible terrible service.

My husband is a first time patient here. He's been trying to get in touch with them. Called about 6 or more times to reschedule his appointment and they are giving him the run around for something so simple.

I’ve had Dr.Rancier for many years. Always takes time with his patient and follows up with any referred care. Staff is courteous as well.

The Nurses and The Drs are great. However the office is managed quite poorly, especially referrals. The billing is quite shady. I was double billed for a physical for seeing a Dr. I did not see. Then they wanted a copayment where physicals are included in my plan. I called there billing agent and they defended there practices.Unfortunately I would not recommend this practice due to its shady business practices.
