Don't know if these people are frauds or not they have my car they've had my car for months can't find anyone or reach anyone to fix my car my next step is to take matters in my own hands

Owner was upset Questions were asked regarding repair over many hours of labor changing out a bulb. Told 2 hours to remove bumper when bulbs were in a headlight assembly( older car.) I then was called back saying owner said pull out car as they will not be questioned on the light repair. Terrible customer service. Pretty shady when questions were asked they knew they were lying and then said ok 30 minutes then to repair. Finally a call back saying they do not want to do work because they did not like getting asked about the repair. Poor poor poor. Stay away from here.Service: Vehicle safety inspection
