alex and josh did a great job delivering my replacement furniture, that had been damaged. they helped place the furniture back and reinspected it for possible damage. My whole experience at China Towne was fantastic, and so was my Sales Consultant,Robert!

Just received our order purchased from Traci Karn last Sunday. Alex L. and Josh did a great job in setting them up for us. Hope to Alex L and Josh again with our custom order purchased from John Burgess 6 weeks ago. All four were very professional in their jobs. They need six stars.

Other than it taking a long time, China Towne made good on their warranty and then some, even when the warranty company denied our claim.

John at China Town was very helpful from start to finish on ording living room pieces, so happy with our shopping experience there . the whole staff is very courteous and professional, which made the whole process very enjoyable!
