Great honest people, very helpful. Glad I gave them a chance. Other reviewers seemed somewhat ignorant as to what was advertised, so I went in and shopped with them for myself, and CNY Rack was great! So glad I did. We saved a ton of money for our shop. Bait and switch operation. Advertises a "spring special" on Craigslist for a 4-bay, 42" x 12' setup with 5 uprights and 16 load beams for $695, but on the phone quotes over $2400 for the same thing.

Very shady business , don't stay away run away !!! I had made an offer on their Ebay item they had 24 hrs to accept , they miss the dead line for another 24 hrs without any communication what so ever and send me invoice two days later. I contacted them and explained them that since I didn't hear from them I made different arrangements and don't need this item any more . Even thou I send them all the proof about the lack of communication and ask them to show a proof of accepting my offer in timely matter (they did not present any ) they filed a unpaid item case against me. This is a clear case of changing the terms of transaction according to eBay rules /any transaction for this matter. The only reason I gave them one star is because there is no option for zero stars. Be aware these poor ratings on Google and eBay (90%) respectively are for the reason.

Save your money, check equipment under load before buying, don't take their word. When you find out equipment doesn't work, they will not hesitate to look away. Buyer beware.
