Based on going there today 8/3/24
The older lady behind the counter was not friendly at all. I got a look like I was bothering her when I cashed in a winning scratch off ticket. Got a cup of coffee and the half and half was french vanilla and when I told her I got that same look. Listen if you can't act like you want to be there just don't work in customer service. They should have been all over the creamer issue because that will piss some people off. I want what I paid for and if I left before I tried it I would have been pissed. She is so unfriendly she should go home

Closed almost every night from 12am to 4am with two to four staff members standing inside doing nothing very annoyinggggggg

Young man at counter puffing on his vape very nasty and rude. I paid for my gas..went out to pump it was not turned on. Then tells me I only had $2 55 left after I did not even get 1 drop I disputed his claim and he tells me to leave!!! Told him I wasn't leaving without my full gas purchase. It eventually got corrected however your employee should perhaps receive more training and to leave his vape habit for breaks.

These are the most non customer service individuals here I have ever met! In the years I have come here no one is ever nice at the counter. NO one! Plus they lie at the sandwich shop saying they don’t toast yet ALL the other Byrnes do. Personalities of a rock it’s so awful to come here tbh. Get some employees that arnt rude & act like customers are a burden. Plus they are NOT open 24 hours most the time

I'm actually getting tired of posting reviews about this Byrne Dairy property by the Solvay reservoir. Yelp needs to have negative stars as this business is so outwardly disgusting. Why do I come here? Convenience, but no more. This Byrne is so grossly unsanitary, it's a wonder it hasn't been shut down by the board of health. If Byrne is okay with letting you see the outside strewn with trash- I can only imagine what it looks like where you can't see. For reference, all the photos below were taken around lunchtime, fairly early in the day, so my guess is the Trash has been like this since the night before. It's bad enough that for almost all of September, this Byrne was out of soda and ice - but each time I come in for their they daily food special, they are always out by noontime. I look at that as a blessing in disguise, because they are not shy about being unsanitary or dirty. The trash near the picnic tables is particularly offensive because it's where people are supposed to eat, and goes against all ServSafe policy. Several of the photos below are from September, and several are from today, 10/4. I've contacted Corporate and the district manager who promised to take care of the mess, but it was just lip-service as this particular property gets worse and worse as time goes on. The Board Of health needs to do an inspection and shut this property down for the safety of all.

The middle aged lady with brown hair who works as a cashier in the morning sometimes at this location is a nasty witch. Literally any day that I see her standing there, I can expect a sassy attitude or rude remark. Not only are you rude to your customers, but you and your ugly personality and ruining the business of this location. I hope your day sucks as bad as your attitude does.

They don't keep on their bathrooms. Absolutely nasty. When you tell someone they don't do anything and the girl behind the counter at the deli has a snobby attitude. This place lacks customer service skills.
